Very awful experience, I had to call corporate. First (Kim) wasn’t wearing a mask talking with me and handing me food that wasn’t mine. (She has a front gap) They took my money, then handed me food. My order was wrong. I asked for it to be corrected. The person became very disrespectful and acted if she didn’t want to take the food back, well after I stated it was wrong and needed to be corrected again. She proceeded to get loud with me and hand my money back, she gave me too much. Also I never got a receipt. Also I let them know multiple times I was gave too much money back. I told Kim (she said that’s her name and apparently she’s the manager) that I would be contacting corporate, she proceeded to yell that she didn’t care. Then proceeded to have her employee serve people and pass me, while she disappeared. Then while that’s going on, an employee is seen here in the video through the glass dancing. Attempting to antagonize me. I’ve worked restaurant industry for over ten years, I have would never ever handle the situation this way. I know they weren’t trained to either. The kid in the frame right here, he was cool. I don’t know his name though. I then got on the phone with corporate, they were very helpful. I explained what happened. I’m awaiting to find out what’s going on. I’m not the first to complain, this is a regular thing for them. So #kfc

Update 4 years later: Don't ever order late at night from this KFC or any KFC for that matter because that's the screw it time of the night. You get what you get, and that's that. They did not include any of my sides. They gave me fried chicken instead of grilled. Also, why is the classic lemonade an additional fee and it tastes just like Tropicana lemonade or brisk or whatever Pepsi product they use. Why does that costs more? This location is trash.

I love KFC ! I'm only giving them four stars because, the drive thu guy didnt tell us they were out of pepsi just gave us Dr pepper instead .until I tasted it and told them this was not Pepsi .then the cashier said to him ,she said that wasn't pepsi , she asked the guy why didn't you tell them we were out of pepsi. When I spoke up the cashier didn't like the way I said, then what do you have and said to me to carm down. I had to let her know I wasn't yelling . I just speak loud. She had an bit of an attitude and left the window the other guy gave us our order with no apology...I dont think I'll be going to this branch again ...I just like good service. With Friendly people. Change the nasty cashier her attitude sucks. Just rude people be aware of this rude lady. Bad for business

We ordered some Original Chicken, French Fries, Biscuits, Mac & Cheese and a Drink along with other items. I don’t know who Authorized the sale of some Hard, Over Cooked, Crispy Tasting Original Chicken and Hard French Fries last night??? Come on KFC... The fryer is set on a timer... This should’ve been put in the trash!!!

easy the receipt says 2-12 chicken "crispy" 2-6 fried wings BBQ. this I ordered and got everything wrong ... They need to train more employees to pack orders online ... not everyone in my house likes BBQ CHICKEN tenders. I received 24 pieces covered with BBQsauce. I called the store and they told me that's what the order said tender WITH BBQ. Next time when you order call us and let's us know that you want plain with out sauce. They don't give me the option. I'll fix it if you're unhappy if you bring them back the 24pc BBQ chicken tender or at least change 12 pc normal without sauce. The first time I saw my chicken tenders order online this way. I called Kfc.com and let them know what happened. It's incredible what they did to me with that order. my children and nephews do not like bbq sauce.

Worst food experience I've ever had at a KFC. The chicken was dry/reheated. My tenders were missing the Nashville sauce. Missing my chicken sandwich. The fries were old/reheated. And to top it all off, they gave me Dr. Pepper instead of diet coke. I think they knew the order was completely messed up because they handed me the food without saying a word and then quickly locked the drive thru window and walked away.
