Panaderia Vanessa

This is one of my all time favorite places to get some Mexican bread. Their prices are a bit on the higher end even if they are worth it I don’t think they should be that high. They have breakfast burritos, my favorite is chicharron, I do wish it had more meat instead of just the skin but they are still tasty. Their bread is always really good and tasty and if you go early enough you can catch them when it barely came out of the oven and it’s nice and hot. I’ve never had any problems with the staff, they seem to be nice. Staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Price Point ⭐️⭐️ Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Atmosphere ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My opinion is that it is OVERPRICED. The bread is $2 a piece or more for the "special" pieces...The bread I would say is better than most panaderias, but still pricey. The Menudo is $13 which is normal, but what makes it overpriced is that is does NOT include tortillas. You don't even get Chile de arbol, both of which are staples with menudo at any other place. The quality and taste I would honestly say was below average. Nothing special about it, that's what I think makes it overpriced. Also, cashiers aren't really friendly, and they charge extra (without telling you first) for using Debit. Which most restaurants/food establishments don't. Overall, not worth it, but try for yourself.

A little unexpected to go to a bakery to get tamales, but I heard good things about this place and they were right! I'm definitely coming back for more of these! They were out of the cheese & jalapeno tamales, but I got one puerco (pork) and one pollo (chicken). They are $2.50/each. The sign is a little confusing because out makes it look like that's the price-per-pound for tamales. Actually, $2.50 is also the price (per pound) for masa.
