Chicken bowl is definitely the best deal! Love the cilantro lime rice and the salad dressing! Prices are definitely affordable especially with all the price hikes these days

Beware their meats are now super spicy. I have an allergy to spicy food, it will give me the burning shtts with just a bite. I bought a burrito and had to throw it away because it was very spicy and someone else got a chicken burrito and also said it was very spicy, both had no salsa, it was separate.
Also the meat was flavorless and so were the beans and rice, just plain bland tasting, I mean common all you have to do is add a little salt and pepper or some regular Mexican style seasoning. I do not recommend this place at all.

I like the friendly way they receive and welcome us..
We try the cauliflower rice.. and it was very good..
We know that it's gonna take time to come back to NORMAL but we getting there..

I came to chipotle because of my birthday reward. "Free chips and side" because they have no chips my birthday reward which expires today was no honored. Could some please explain why they couldn't just give me the side? Manager said no! Because they had no chips. What a birthday reward.

Giselle is an awesome employee!! She attended me today and was able to wrap my very huge burrito. Her burrito wrapping skills are out of this world !! She has good hands! 11/10!!

My husband and I came to our usual chipotle Mexican grill spot at 369.w esplanade dr Oxnard ca, I would say we usually come about 3x a week . Long story short . We felt very disrespected by one of your employees by the name of “ Noemi “ she kept arguing with my HUSBAND, because she hardly put meat on his bowl . We had ask for a little bit more , then she said,” it would be extra . ( which we didn’t mind paying ) but keep in mind their wasn’t a lot of meat on his bowl . I was getting a bit frustrated because of the way she was acting .then as other employee was serving my plate she whisper to her saying why is she giving me so much meat ?
I was very annoyed… I’m all about customer serivce , even if the customer might be wrong you never want to talk back and be disrespectful!!
Mind you we were polite , after the fact that she was rude ..
I will also send a bad review to chipotle , and file a complaint with corporate.
