Jersey Mike's Subs

Had dinner at this store at 7:45 pm on 08/27/21 and the entire dining area is so dark not lit even a single light and they’re open until 9:00 pm. I can hardly see what I’m eating. Asked for the keys to the restroom and lady said it’s not open to the public. Told I am a customer and still she refused. I would never eat at this store again. Negative athmosphere and poor customer service!

Super rude ladies and very unclear. It was my first time there and they were so unhelpful. You could tell they were mad at me and my family because of the eye stares and handling on the food. Very bad experience! Receipt says server was “Heather” but it was her and the other girl there too. Overall embarrassing and bad experience. 04/10/21 5:45 pm. The sandwiches were delicious though! Just please be kinder

I had an issue here a few weeks ago, where the staff turned off the grill 2 hours before closing and denied me my hot sub and didn’t even give me a refund, staff offered other things for free chips/drinks/cold sub all very shady obviously I didn’t accept anything as none of the employees were manager and doubt they had that liberty to give stuff for free. At the moment I was really frustrated but next day I was able to get in contact with a manager and they were able to somehow make it up to me, I’m still on the fence but I’m hopeful this jersey mikes won’t go shady as it did a few weeks ago, I would hate not to go to Jersey mikes for a bad experience that might be corrected now that management is aware of.

Love Jersey Mike's. Unfortunately, there are some issues at this place that should be addressed. They bathroom is off limits and they do not provide any kind of hand washing while still serving food. This is a pretty serious issue that needs to be addressed as soon as possible. It's a contributing factor to the spread of illness and disease. Also, they store cooked bacon up by the fryer vent. That's not really appropriate as this is a place that allows for bacteria accumulation and growth.

I will continue to be a customer at this location. My crafted #56 Big Kahuna was simply amazing. This is no Exaggeration. Everything was fresh and the bread was like going to the bakery. The customer service given was how a customer should feel when ordering food. The gentleman(Jersey Associate)this morning on he phone was professional and knowledgeable. Thank You.
