The workers were decently friendly, the problem is, it seems like they never were properly trained or don't understand food safety. I was half expecting to get sick from the food. I went on a Saturday night at about 8pm, the place was almost empty. When they took my order, they prepared everything without gloves, the cutting/prep board did not look clean. The ingredients all looked old and withered. When prepping my order, they just tossed everything in a pile and called it a sandwich. They got the ingredients all moved together as well in the prep station. While they were mashing my sandwich together, they got a bunch of everything into the lettuce container. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES. It was so bad, I tried looking around for the health inspector certificate, which I did not see displayed anywhere. Being that I am a bay area native, all food establishments normally have their health inspector certificate displayed in the front window or door to show that it is a safe place to eat, back home. I've had other Jersey Mike's before and they tend to be great... This location is one of the most sketchy food places I have been, ever.

Horrible customer service here on 1/12/17 around 8pm. Went in to get three giant subs for my family. The young associate making two of my sandwiches was great but the supposed "owner" behind the grill had a bad attitude. Once he finished making my sandwich I told him thank you twice and he completely ignored me. The worst part is he made me the wrong sandwich which I did not discover until I sat down to eat with my family half way across town. When I called back to let him know he acted like it was no big deal and he wanted me to drive all the way back across town to bring him the wrong sandwich. Seriously, I have to stop eating with my family because of your mistake and bring you your bad sandwich back. New owners suck! I loved the old owners too bad they left. WILL NEVER GOTO THIS JERSEY MIKES AGAIN!

Worst location I have been too. I have worked at jersey mikes in the past and couldnt believe how bad the customer service was. Wanted a 13 and walked out with just turkey. They refused to put my red roast beef on the grill for a reason that doesn’t make sense since the grill is used for meat. Didn’t notice she forgot the other meat for the 13. She also shared personal information about not having a child after I was just sharing to a customer who had a baby that I was trying. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Drive a couple more miles and go to a different one.

This place is a cluster. Ask yourself, "what's the point in putting in a pick up order only to arrive and your order is complete?" Now take the answer you came up with and forget it because it doesn't matter to the staff here. With no explanation we waited another 15 minutes for an order that was placed an hour and a half prior to arriving. Maybe they are better when you show up and wait in line for 2 staff members to figure out how to work the card reader.

I keep trying this place, because when done right, the sandwiches are great. But for someone who doesn't like "mikes way" , they constantly drag my bread through the leftover "mikes way" drips on the counter, and then even though they will tell you they "always clean the knife", they don't. And then when I ask them to right before they cut my sandwich, they give me attitude. The manager decided to wipe down the counter the other day with a rag from under the counter, and dragged it across the edge of my sandwich!

Horrible customer service. Went for lunch on 06/30/17. Im guessing it was the shift manager at that time. She was screaming to her co workers "get out of my way. Your not helping me and you don't know how to do your job"
Then she asked me a question regarding my sandwich, but she was talking really fast that I didn't understand her. I said "what was the question again." She rolled her eyes, took a breath and asked the question again with attitude. Not even 2 seconds past by, and then she said to me "I don't have all day. Its a simple yes or no answer."
I was very disappointed. And felt bad for her coworkers cause she was treating them the same way. I don't recommend location. If I could rate this any lower i'd give it a -5 stars.

I submitted an edit to the stores hours apparently they open at 10am now) even though their website lists it as 8am and let's you place(and pay for) orders to pick up prior to that time. I called the store to confirm and an individual answered and was very helpful offering a refund or if I wanted to wait until 10am to pick up. Great customer service even before you open Jersey Mike's!

My favorite place to get subs. Always fresh ingredients and quality buns. My favorite sub is their meatball but all their subs are great. Prices are fair and service is fast even when its very busy.
