Its Ben & Jerry's. There all pretty much run the same. Quality of the product is consistent and always quality service. My hats of to the employees. This is a busy location and many times I want to leave because the line is so long, but the gal knocks it. Not a wasted move. I highly recommend this place.

Large selection of ice cream, with several scoop sizes available, as well cone types. Known for unique combinations of ice cream flavors and names, try to remember what you got, because it may rotate out of the store. Luckily, you may come across this flavor at your local grocery store.

The ice cream is great, but whoever was working today (2/14/19) at 4 PM has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. She didnt acknowledge us except to say she was busy. We waited 5 minutes for her to finish whatever she was doing and instead of completing her task or setting it aside to scoop a damn cone she started on a new task. At this point we have a fussy toddler crying for ice cream and this worker still can't be bothered to do her job and scoop one measly cone. She did not give her name or acknowledge us the whole time we waited. I will be contacting corporate as well, but everyone who goes to the collection should be warned that you are not their customer or guest and if you want service it will be on their time, at their convenience when they feel like it!
2/20/19- 6 days later and corporate has only sent out a generic email to address this situation. I guess this employee is a reflection of the company as a whole.

Delicious ice cream and great selection of flavors to choose from. Aside from their free cone day, it's relatively quiet and a good place to enjoy some ice cream on a hot day while walking through The Collection.

It's always nice to end a long day with some creamy, rich tasting Ben & Jerry's ice-cream! Cherry Garcia is still my all time classic favorite :) overall, good service and clean.

If you like Ben & Jerrys, you will like this place. It's your basic ice cream spread. The store is clean and never overcrowded, so the service is always fast and good.

Rude terrible service. In addition they leave their spoons on the counter where every customer can touch them. If you get covid after eating here that's probably why. I'm sure this is a health violation during the pandemic.
