Great place to enjoy a sandwich and some tea. I would have given 5 stars but the table was so uneven and super annoying to eat on. It's the small things that matter. When small things are overlooked, it makes you wonder what else is overlooked in the kitchen. The food was delicious as I had the veggie sandwich and ceasar salad. The wait staff was friendly and considerate of all customers. People who are cleaning tables should communicate about tables needing fixed to give a better customer experience. Overall it was a good experience and I highly recommend this store!

So definitely not a great experience this time. Got home and realized not only did we not get the tortilla chips for the soup but they gave us what they called a "half a sandwich" more like a quarter of a sandwich! Absolutely ridiculous to pay $18 and get this small of a sandwich. Even the "half" soup wasn't filled up all the way. Super disappointed

The food and service was amazing. The only issue I had is halfway through my nachos I ran out of chili and cheese for them. The ratio to the is way under what it needs to. So I left half a plate of chips on the table.

Placed on order online to pick up through the pickup window. While waiting for my order to be brought out to my car, I noticed an incorrect card was charged online even though I know I had selected a different card (not a big deal but online ordering issue #1). Received my food, drove home and realized that I was missing the chips I ordered, caesar dressing for the joke of a side salad I received, and a bread bowl for my soup. I live minutes away so I called the store to let them know of my missing items. After telling her what exactly was missing, the girl on the phone read through my order and argumentatively told me that I did not order a bread bowl (although I was certain that I did and the online system was having an issue registering it). No solution was offered and I had to ask if I could come pick up the missing items. Basic customer service skills would teach someone that some sort of solution should be offered whether it’s the fault of the restaurant or customer.
Aside from the missing items that I addressed over the phone, my sandwich was also made incorrectly and was a quarter of a sandwich vs half. Luckily what little food I did receive tasted good but definitely not worth the trouble or $33.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I want to give a shoutout to an employee I believe was named Katie because she was phenomenal. My niece wanted a cookie, but I was using a gift card and we were just a few dollars short, so we took the cookie off… but to our surprise Katie brought it to us when she delivered our food to the table. She said it was on the house and my niece had the biggest smile all day. The food was also great! Thanks McAlisters!

After not having a very good experience a little over a year ago. We decided to try again and we're disappointed again. 1st we ordered through the app. App was not updated to their new address. I pick up our food and drive back home which we live 30 minutes away. My wife ordered a bacon avocado sandwich. There was no avocado on her sandwich and the bacon was under cooked. She ended up throwing it away. We both deleted the app and will not be going back. Ever.
