Wendy's

Okay not only is the food at Wendy's good but I just wanted to say, theres someone that works there and they are the most pleasant person I've ever met and I think they're incredible :) I accidentally pulled away without my drinks and they had them ready for me at the window (not to mention, sized up), and they didn't make me feel awkward at all, I think they deserve a raise

Ordered a 5$ biggie bag. Didn't notice they had 2 on the menu and the lady didn't ask which one I wanted, I wanted the chicken one. When I got to the window to ask which one she gave me, I was told there isn't a 5f biggie bag for chicken, even though it on the menu, and then gave me attitude when I asked for the burger to have no ketchup. Get the food home and the burger has ketchup.

I went to Wendy’s with my husband a few nights ago, we went through the drive through, and as i was ordering, the teenager taking my order seemed like she hated her life and wasn’t paying attention to me at all. we pay at the first window, then go to the second, the teenager with a yellowish or greenish ponytail was just on her phone as she was taking orders. I ordered a natural strawberry lemonade for my husband and a minute made lemonade for me (and clearly paid for the natural strawberry lemonade). I get our food, pull out of the parking lot, and notice that my husbands drink was just minute made lemonade. Since my receipt said (natural strawberry lemonade), she CLEARLY rung it up right. I go back around and i tell her?, she goes “PULL BACK AROUND” in the rudest voice ever. The crew here nowadays is terrible.

Tried to go through the drive through and sat for 5 minuets at the speaker with no cars in front of us. They were out of all the salads my mom wanted so we pulled to the parking lot to call and ask her a different order. We tried to go inside this time and they told us to go back through the drive through which we already sat in for too long!
