Coffee is so good here, mostly reliable in the mornings. Once it's later in the day, they aren't as busy & I think they might use old coffee sometimes or they just don't know how to brew it right. Can definitely taste the difference & it's really bad, I usually can't drink those ones. Today I got 2 bad coffees & it's so disappointing but other than that this is my Dunkin

The avocado toast was simple yet tasty. The coffee as usual was amazing! But the highlight for the day was service provided by Matco. A friendly and jolly personality behind the cash register!

I like the service here and they always make my drinks correctly the staff are polite my problem is the Giant pot hole right when you pull up in the drive thru to place your order. They need to fix it or fill it before someone’s vehicle is damaged

I went thru the drive thru at Ottawa, Illinois Dunkin Donuts this morning and when I got to the Speaker Noone answered so I went to the window and was asked to come inside and order my coffee . For one I didn't go thru the drive thru to have to go inside bcuz your to lazy to walk to another register and place my order and second the manager a bald heavy set guy should not be coming to the window and getting rude with customers. I will never go back to this Dunkin Donuts 💯

Anyone who frequents Dunkin’ knows that the flavors vary from place to place. Ottawa location is on point for flavor and service. I’ve been to some that tastes watered down or the same thing tastes way different from one visit to the next. Not with the ottawa location, it’s consistent and they’re always friendly.
