Would give ZERO stars if possible. The manager on duty on 7/4 around 1pm isn't worth her job. Ordered my sandwich in a specific way & when I went in to let her know it was wrong, she gave me an attitude, refused to fix my sandwich & said "this is MY store & I'm not doing that". Very, very rude!! Isn't BK 'have it your way'? Not at this one. The manager is basically you get what you get with no fixes or exceptions. She should be demoted, if not fired. She is not fit to RUN a BK store.

Stopped here for lunch . Big mistake. One of the worker’s 2 teenage children were in the dining room. I heard everything personal going on in there lives as they continued to yell things back to their mother who was working the line. And she yelled replies back. I felt as I was in their personal kitchen. Witnessed another worker coming in shift who set her personal belongings down at a customer table and then went behind the line & started serving food. Definitely unimpressed with the entire visit.

Ummmm… just went and ordered lunch, food was the regular blah as usual which is whatever you get what you pay for, staff was rude as usual, again, get what you pay for, my expectations are never very high at BK just kinda wanted a whopper… ok here’s where I’m low key stunned…. The lady at the drive through said “how do you want to tip today” how do I want to WHAT?!? I have a feeling corporate and the general manager have no idea they are doing this.

My partner and I got to the drive through at 6:48pm and there were cars ahead of us and cars behind us. A few minuets go by and the truck sped around and didn’t stop at the window. The van ahead of us pulled up to the order thing at 6:51 pm. She sat there until exactly 6:57pm and sped around but didn’t stop at the window. We pulled up and sat till 6:59pm then was yelled at very rudely that they were closed. Manager could have said it a lot better than YELLING through the mic but also every other fast food restaurant says that if there THAT large of a line every employee has to stay and serve the line. Manager is HEAVILY disrespectful especially for making all of us WAIT for over 10 minutes, not serve ANYONE, then yell at us that they’re closed.

Had a horrible experience. Went to this location on January 26, 2022. We didn’t know closing hours and take responsibility. Yet when my partner arrived at the drive thru we were greeted with “were closed”. With a rude tone. We simply left out of respect yet can’t shake the fact this person had no proper customer service.
