Delicious! My family always enjoys picking up Firehouse. We drive from Appleton to Oshkosh just to get it. I especially enjoy stopping because the owner, a friendly older gentleman, is always so welcoming. He reminds me of my grandpa and I just look forward to the brief chat. The Philly sub is my favorite and the staff are always willing to tweak the Turkey Bacon Ranch club to be chicken for my husband. The chili is also a must! We enjoy our meal every time and like to round up our purchase for their foundation!

My middle name should be Turkey Bacon Ranch. Always order the large because it's sooo tasty. The menu is very large, all the sammies are deelish. Firehouse just knows what good food is.

Firehouse has a very good selection of great subs. Not your run of the mill subs you get at the other chains. They are also a positive force in the community, raising money for local fire fighters. I feel good about spending my money there. The staff is friendly and they keep a clean house. If you've never eaten there I recommend you give it a try.

Excellent everything! You have to try these subs if you want a really great one. Meat is roasted to perfection and toasted. Bread is also great.
Customer service was impeccable in late afternoon on a Friday.
Even brought our soup out to us.

My wife went to firehouse subs (Oshkosh)on Sunday 7-3-22. She got our order and came home (northern fond du lac county) but they forgot my chilli. So my wife called, And talked to Kennedy. She was very nice And apologetic, and told her we could come back and she would fix it. She was already home and asked if tomorrow would be ok. Kennedy said that would be fine. I went there today to get my chilli, and two more sandwiches, (they have really good food). To my surprise they comp't our whole meal. Now that's a class act

Their new Cajun sandwich is DELICIOUS! I customized it so the bread was extra toasty and so the sandwich was cold (and I don’t like onion or mustard so I removed that as well)

Service was good. Place was clean. Subs are a step up from subway and two steps up from jimmy johns. Good quality. Only wish they had more than two varieties of bread.
