Mcdonald's

20+ minutes for a curbside pickup order. Receive the "thank you" notification that usually you get after your food was delivered 10 minutes after ordering which is normal for a busy day. Continued waiting an additional 10 minutes but my food was never brought out. I go inside and stand in a line of like 5 others waiting for their orders. After finally getting someone's attention I was told my food was ready and 5 minutes later I have to go back inside to pickup my curbside order. Why offer curbside if your workers are not capable of doing it.

First of all, this location is very slow with orders. Waiting close to 30 minutes at times to get what I ordered. This is not even dealing with the drive thru in which the line could be long. I could understand once in a while ordering inside that it could take that long, just one reason why I'm not going to this one again. Earlier today, you couldn't even order on the app or inside the restaurant. I haven't been there for over a month, this is what really did it for me and told them I won't ever go to this McDonald's again.

Manger on duty. Female with blonde hair. On June 9th at 11:05pm very rude. Very disrespectful. Tried explaining too her that my truck was too big to fit through the drive through that I wanted too place an order. She basically waved me off and told me too leave. Customer service here is horrible. McDonald’s should retrained these people especially working in a fast food restaurant where customers come first. I will be reporting this manager higher up. She defiantly should not be a manager here or any business in general. McDonald’s is the one of the only fast food restaurants open at this time and the fact I can’t get something too eat because a manager is having a bad day or doesn’t understand customer service is ridiculous. She should not work as a manager. Very disappointed at McDonald’s for having individuals like her working here.

We have been really bad experience, we spend more than 100 dollars in an order but they give us not fresh food, fries not well cooked , a double Big Mac with bad aparience and flavor, 3 deluxe crispy chicken but one haven’t crispy chicken instead 2 nuggets. We order 2 chicken pary and they give us spicy chicken and a lot of other things no good, we’re so angry an disappointment. We will no go back again

Just your normal McDonalds. Food was normal, service was normal, not friendly but not rude just zombies behind a counter. Dinning room was neat and clean. Bath rooms were neat and clean as well. Not a huge fan of the self order thing they are pushing on people. But i guess that is were we are headed.
