Eden's Fresh Co.

I was in the downtown area for an appointment but I'd gotten there early and decided to grab some lunch. I saw Eden's was within walking distance so decided to try it out. I was expecting a long wait since it was right at lunchtime, but they really move the line along quickly! It ended up a very short wait. The dining room is small, but I was able to find a spot. It seems a lot of people grab it to go since they likely work in the area. There are quite a few recipes to choose from which you can have as either a salad or a wrap. You can also create your own. I chose a Greek style wrap and just made some changes to suit my taste. The Greek vinaigrette was very flavorful. The small wrap was plenty large enough for me. I do feel that they are pretty light on the meat considering the price point is high for what it is. That's probably the major downside of this spot for me. Overall though, the fresh taste and the good service would make it worth it for me to try it out again.

Great location and service. Salads have fresh ingredients and staff is friendly. I paid around $10 for the small bowl with a side of pita chips. I wish dark greens were an option. I don’t mind paying more for spinach or kale. If you can’t find parking, there’s a parking garage is across Church street, by the Chase bank.
