amazing drink and good customer service! it was fast as well! the lady was very nice i got the salted caramel cold brew and it was amazing. donuts were amazing

I’d like to say that the lady working the night shift today is amazing. I went to get a caramel signature iced latte and she did it soooo good and perfect and aside from that she super sweet super professional and so kind. I’ve had several bad experiences on other several occasions but never complained. Sadly other staff has messed up my drink orders really bad or done a horrible job with my orders but this time I was super pleased. I love staff that cares. Will be returning again and hopefully get the same lady cause she seems to care.

DJ & MELISSA turned my morning around. I ordered boxed coffee from the app for everyone at work. When I arrived I was informed they didn’t have any boxes to make the boxed coffee. To add to the frustration I signed in as a guest under the Dunkin app and had no way to see my receipt to get my refund easily through the app. DJ saw my frustration and quickly figured out hot to refund my card right there at the store. I was super appreciative. Great customer service on her part. The app isn’t great to order Dunkin from. There aren’t enough options for menu items like assorted dozen bagels. Cream cheese on side. Etc. thank you DJ and Melissa!

Dark roast hit the spot. Friendly and fast drive thru service. Egg and sausage tacos,. weird concept but they hit the spot too

So today I wanted Mcdonalds and went to one on Lee rd the line seemed fine and I ordered as I drove around I realized that it was a mirage because the line was sooo long.Had to be in to.work.in 20 minutes so as I was driving saw Dunkin. I ordered the turkey sausage and cheese and hash browns which.made me very happy because I don't eat pork and I don't want chicken for breakfast. The sausage was big and covered the croissant also don't know if the picture shows but there was actually steam coming off the sandwich.That.being said very glad I made the decision to stop here.

I wanted to give a shout out to the lovely lady working the drive thru around 11:30 this morning. I came for an iced coffee and was pleasantly surprised at the customer service. Please keep her around!

I decided to DD a chance after not having it for 3 years due to a bad experience. Their bacon, egg & cheese breakfast on bagel was delicious & their iced coffee is also nice

I enjoyed the place. Never had Dunkin Donuts before. Ordered off the app. Prepared quickly and ready by the time I showed up maybe 5 minutes after ordering. The workers were the absolute best, providing engaging customer service. Repeat business for sure. Food was good. Coffee based drinks were even better.
