I bought a Ted Baker dress a few days ago and realized it was on sale today. I can’t express enough how wonderfully helpful and resourceful Josh was today. I got my price adjustment in minutes. I won’t go into detail about Bloomies dropping the ball on a gift I purchased and had wrapped /sent from their store and subsequently delivered to the incorrect address. While the mgrs were “investigating “ where the gift was for over two weeks, Angela from the kids department saved the day. She made things right within 24 hrs. Angela went above what the mgrs did. She should be commended for doing a great customer service job and retaining a client. Thank you again Angela for going the extra mile.

Additionally, their high-end cologne collection is a cologne lover's dream. The variety and quality of fragrances available are second to none. Overall, my visit to Bloomingdale's was outstanding. Mrs. Silvia in Men's suits department and her alterations team were absolutely amazing. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about Armani and Hugo tuxedo suit sizes and fits my son's groomsmen. Their extravagant personalities were a plus. Also the woman in men's Cologne were awesome as well. You gotta come visit,and smell the world. They've got fragrances from almost every country. We could not have asked for a better experience!!
