Edible Arrangements

Last year I ordered delivery an it was great. But... I showed up to pickup an order today and it was a mess. No one at the storefront. When someone answered my knocking it was rude and with attitude. I ordered bananas and they prepared strawberries. Honest mistake but, I pointed to the word “bananas” in the paperwork and the person kept repeating “strawberries”. They said it was ready... then ame back and said it was 5 more minutes. It’s been 25 total for this visit, so now you know. Pick a store with more staff or don’t order Edible Arrangements during the holidays because they seem to react badly during a relatively slow week.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I came in about 3 weeks ago and bought a dozen white chocolate strawberries for my wife, when I got home and she took a bite the strawberry was spoiled, so I told her to try another, then another all the same! I put the box in the garage because I live too far to come back. So today I’m celebrating my Anniversary, and decided to get white chocolate strawberries for my wife. I went in and told them about the last time we came, and asked them to please, make sure the strawberries are fresh. Well about 45 minutes later he comes out of the store with the box. I paid almost $50 for a dozen white strawberries. When she takes a bite it’s SPOILED!! SMH! I go back in and bring the one she bit and show it to her, I let her know it’s spoiled inside and she says there’s really nothing she could do they’re all in the same condition. I tell her why then are you selling them like that! Then you don’t even offer a discount! My gosh! Stay away from this place! They’re a rip off! You can’t tell what you’re buying until you bite into it and discover the fruit is bad.

I've had pretty good experiences with other EA locations in the past but this particular location did a poor job! Called me to say only 2 of their 4 drivers showed up for work so my recipient (my dad) would have to wait 2 more days for his delivery. When it was clear that was the best they could do, I immediately cancelled my order and broke the news to my dad. He told me he's had the same experience with this location for the last few years and it's literally around the corner from his house! This place doesn't seem to care about good customer service.....wish I read all their bad reviews BEFORE trusting them to do their job.

Wish I had noticed the terrible ratings for this location before I wasted my time. Had placed an order for a Saturday delivery for Mother's day. I was able to understand that it is a busy weekend and expected delivery to be delayed but was hopeful since the location of the store was only about 3 miles from where it needed to be delivered. Tried to call the store with absolutely no success. The email system that is on their website to get an approximate time of delivery was just as worthless as no response was ever attempted. And yes, I have checked my inbox and junk mailboxes. Had to call the Edible Arrangements Headquarters where they assigned a case number and an internal system notification where the store had to respond within 48 hours. It is now Thursday and have decided to cancel the order through the corporate phone number since the store does not like to answer the phone. I find it very obvious now that the ratings for this Edible Arrangements location are spot on. I will be sure to check reviews of any business that I decide to utilize online. The current 1.3 star rating for this location is much too generous and most likely because you have to at least give it 1 star to post the review.

Absolutely the worst business to deal with. Stay well clear!! Never delivered on Mother’s Day as ordered, called to reschedule delivery but couldn’t make contact with the store because the phone was constantly engaged (on a Monday)? Called national customer service, they couldn’t reach the store either!! Told me to call back in 48 hours if I hadn’t heard anything. Of course I was never called. I called the national customer service again who finally got through to the store, they apologized and offered to deliver tonight between 5 and 9pm, and refund the delivery fee. I obliged, to finally get my Mother’s Day gift delivered three days later, and had someone at the house all evening. Edible arrangements never showed up!! Who knows what story I’ll be told tomorrow. 1.6 out of 5 is generous, and I’m annoyed google reviews won’t let you 0 Star someone.

They were very quick to take and accept my order, which wasn’t even for a delivery, it was for a pick up. They never notified me that they would not have the order ready, nor did they apologize. I honestly feel like the proper thing to do was to refund my order and send me a similar order as a courtesy for the fact that they ruined Valentine’s Day for us. This was something that we hoped would be very special and we went with a credible company that we have been customers with for a long time but this location is horrible and they do not care about their customers. They are extremely unprofessional and irresponsible and I don’t see how they even still do business considering all the negative reviews I’m reading here.

My husband placed an order for Mother’s Day. Not only I never received my gift, but we had to file a complaint with customer service. They said that a refund was to be done in 48 hours. Here we are, two weeks later still having conversations on how to get a refund for something that it was never delivered. We have contacted 2 different stores that leave us on hold for an ridiculous extended amount of time and customer service said that someone will contact us and they don’t. We just want our money back! Never again!
