Wendy's

About my 5 time doing a curbside order and they are never ready. I check in and still waiting a while. Going through drive thru would be MUCH quicker. I always have to call to remind them I’m here. Today was a perfect example. I got here and waited five minutes to see if they would notice that I checked in using my mobile app. They did not so I decided to call. They finally came out 20 minutes later to deliver my mobile order food and the honey for my chicken sandwich spilled all over the bag and all over everything when he handed it to me. I have now been waiting 30 additional minutes for them to bring out the remade food after calling twice to remind her that I’m still waiting here. How ridiculous is the service here!

We thought going inside would be faster. There was only 1 group in front of us so it seemed promising. But no. It took about 15 minutes to get our 4 for $4 and an additional sandwich. (And the sandwiches were barely warm.) The front counter employee seemed new but no one was helping him. They walked around in slow motion with no urgency whatsoever.

Staff does not know what they are doing several people or coming back with wrong orders. I nicely explain to the manager I drove 24 minutes and total to come back to my to get my correct order. She expressed No Remorse fix the new sandwich and I called her over to tell her the number one thing about great customer service is one to apologize for the wrongdoing and thank to correct it. And then she decide to apologize. Horrible store. Watching the staff no one knows what they're doing.

I went to this restaurant and they didn't have anything spicy and the machines didn't have any soda and I asked them for a meat sandwich and they had a chicken one they have a very bad administration the owners should check this so they don't lose the customers they don't even have ice in the soda machine wendy's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants but this place disappoints me and I don't eat salad but here they have a sign that they don't even have salad

Been going here for a year now and never had a problem with my food. Today was the total opposite, food cold, fries aren’t even hot and crispy like they are promoting, and my husbands burger had like 4 pieces of hair in it. He didn’t even continue eating after seeing that. Bad service never going back
