Wendy's

Received excellent service at this location. I went into the store because I had a free sandwich with the Wendy's app!! Sure enough, after I ordered my food; the Wendy's quit working and I didn't have the coupon available. I asked to speak to a manager; and a friendly, pregnant lady, Janesty, walked up and had a friendly disposition. She was very nice and happily went ahead and gave me the free sandwich which disappeared on the app!! She didn't have to do it and it would not have upset had she not given me the sandwich. I got a really nice vibe from all the workers actually and it was like night and day compared to a lot of the other Wendy's locations that I frequent!! When you have friendly, intelligent management; the service sells itself!! Thank you Wendy's for the great experience!!

I frequently come to this Wendy’s. Today as I was about to pay through the drive through, I found out I left my card at home and I was short in cash by $1.50. This happened to me once at another fast food so I was just ready to leave without my food although I was super hungry 😵‍💫. To my surprise, when I told them the lady at the window told me not to go, she called the manager and they gave me a $2 discount so I was able to take my food with me. ❤️This is going the extra mile, I love this Wendy’s and I will keep coming as usual ❤️❤️❤️Thank you! It happened today😊😊❤️❤️

Was really disappointed. Wanted a healthy salad and asked for their Apple Pecan salad for lunch at 12:30pm today. Was told they were out so asked for Summer Strawberry salad but out as well. Choice #3 was the Taco salad. Received a container of lettuce, with a little pile cheese and cubed tomatoes. Was given pouches of sour cream, a bag of chips and then a side container of their bean and meat chili. Not what I was expecting based on pictures on menu for $8.19.
