I don't know why I tend to forget about this great place when looking for a more healthy alternative for To Go food. We had the Cuban Sandwich and OMG it was so good. Place was very clean and it wasn't packed at lunch time to my suprise

Please pay closer attention to customers orders. I asked for a Crispy Chicken Avocado salad and received a grilled chicken Avocado salad. Not much of a difference in the protein however crispy is what I ordered. The food was great however.

For being a chain, the food was really good. I'd recommend the tropichop bowl and Yuca bites.
I went later in the evening so the lobby was empty. One of the workers forgot that my spouse and I were still dining and locked us in the store. 😂
I'd still go back though because the food was really good!

We’re truckers delivering at the big lots in the morning. We look around and read reviews, to see what we want to eat. These reviews weren’t too good, but we still decided to try this Pollo tropical! Our food was good! He ordered his regular tropic chop with brown rice boneless chicken red beans tomato onions and he enjoyed it.I got the avocado cilantro chicken salad and it was very good. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. We would come back again

I don't eat at this franchise often but this location is very well kept clean, great informed staff, and food always taste freshly made. Which is always hard to achieve with a "fast food" franchise. Good size portions as well.
