I have found the store inside to be clean every time I've gone, the drive-thru service is quite fast, and the products are of good quality. If you go inside, you might hear employees talking or shouting. It's important to always maintain professionalism. I really liked the Christmas decoration.
I am not a fast food person but needed a quick bite from a nearby place. The fries are amazing and the burgers were juicy and hot even after getting them home. Love their chocolate Frosty!
So tired of their miserable french fries... always cold, overcooked, tiny end pieces. I live minutes away but foood is always cold by the time I get home. I always go at lunchtime when you expect the food to be fresh but it's just not so.
I just posted about another Wendy's. The one off of Hoffner and conway15. I live off of Curry Ford Rd. So the food was not what I order. I could send you a picture of the difference. It blows me away. Any how it was this location fault. I went in very polite and ask if it would be possible for them to remake my order. I was about to across town for a salad. Lol. Yajaira. Is a manger there. She was not sure if she could replace my order which is understandable, it is not the same location. While trying to call the other store. I finally got in touch with someone. Let her know the situation. As I was on the phone Ms. Yajaira had already made the salad for me. Thank you and to your employees as well for being so accommodating. If I could send the pictures of each of these salads it is night a day.
This Wendy's and staff has never messed up our order. And They're mostly pleasant.
I was looking for Wendy's for quite some time as I am going to therapy at a Sport's Medicine place in Waterford Lakes Pkwy, but I could not find one close by and las wensday when I finished
I asked my wife look one in Google and on our way to Lake Nona we found this one, but it seems ti me that their major business is the drive thru because inside was empty. I have been a patron of Wendy's for years. I have a new one very close to my house but it's kind of difficult to get in, I did try once but they were serving thru the drive by and I don't like to buy like that.
Food at this Wendy's is allways delicious, quick and fresh. The employees are friendly, professional and allways willing to please. Best fast food on town.
Ah...and they even have " ROOT BEER" 👌
Michael and Chris run the show, on a packed Friday night at 11 PM my order was hot, delicious and accurate ( most Wendy’s get my orders wrong) this location really lives up to the expectations of what Wendy’s used to be and should be: Fresh food, great service, The service these gentlemen provided cannot be beat!!

The staff is usually very polite but the experience is hit or miss. Last time the drive thru credit card machine was down and they didn't tell me at the time of ordering but waited until I got to the window. I ended up having to come inside, instead of them just taking my card and running it at the counter themselves. They seem to be understaffed frequently, but the staff still tries their best despite being over worked.
I don’t usually do reviews but this is the best Wendys in the district it has to be said. I’ve been to a lot of other Wendys around this one and the service is always terrible at other locations or they mess up my order. I’ve NEVER had an issue with this location. Give them a raise , give them more hours. This is such a good location ya’ll. Even when there is a line they handle it well. And the food is so good . Other locations food taste so dry , at this location everything always is hot and fresh. I literally drive out of my way to come to this location simply cause I’ve never had any issues.
