We had a great first-time experience at these facilities. The access was quick, and we didn't have to wait. The food was delicious, and they offer fantastic deals for gaming, making it quite affordable. However, I expected more machines as the inventory seemed limited, and the play area was a bit small. On the bright side, they offer unlimited refills, which is a nice perk. Overall, a good experience with some room for improvement in terms of space and machine variety.

“Super “ Xavier employee was more that we were expect he provide a wonderful customer experience. The whole staff was amazing and courtesy.
We was there for a birthday party, all my guests was thankful and surprised of the service, food and attitude we was treated there.
Also big tank you to Manager supervisor, this place location is kept very clean.
We love it, we go back there in shorter for another kid’s party.

Wow! Amazing upgrades! Better crowd! Excellent staff. Gabe went above and beyond to provide a wonderful customer experience. Max was another employee that really stood out. The whole staff was great, but I didn’t catch everyone’s names.

They did a big remodel on the party section. I do miss the animatronics they had but things must change

The 2.0 isn’t that bad I’m glad that they kept the original chairs but if this location would kept the animatronics and add dance floor like northbridge it would’ve been better but it’s still good I remember coming here as a kid in 2015 it was amazing and still is. pizza taste better than ever!
And this location is special with the 2.0 because they kept so many old games! I love this location tho it’s not the best because of the 2.0 but I’ll always keep this location in my heart it was one of the best things of my childhood

Wish they still had the indoor equipment for the kids to play on. Now it's all arcade. But that can be a good thing too. Entire family avoids the food which is the reason for four stars.

We have been frequenting this location a lot this summer as pass members, which is a great deal. Entertainment for your littles in air conditioning - yes please! Add the fact that their pizza and salad bar is always quite tasty and you’ve got a great spot to take your kids that feels safe and worth it.

My sons bday party was suppose to be outdoors but due to rain we had to figure out a way to make our sons day special - Gabe and Patrick not only accommodated us at the very last minute but they made sure my son and all his friends had the best experience! Thank you so much for saving the day!
