Stopped here to get the famous beignets. One thing that was not clear on the menu was that the specialty beignets actually coming at three pack. The way it looks is that you're paying that price for one only instead of 3. As far as the beignets themselves are concerned, they were great. However, the powdered sugar makes it extremely messy.

We went there to drink coffee and eat Mickey shaped beignets. Delicious!!!

We had some tasty shrimp & grits here.
Delicous grilled chicken sandwich. Others in our group loved the burgers, gumbo & the jambalaya. We went to NOLA in May so their taste buds know good New Orleans food.
The music was really good too.
My only complaint would be they need actual brewed ice Tea!! Seriously!
Peak is not real ice tea

Let me start by saying the beignets are very good and if you are staying at the resort I would recommend them to try for sure.
Now, if you are st Disney Springs and making the trip just for them, I personally do not feel they are worth it unless you are really into your sweets.
We went to Disney Springs with someone who is obsessed with these beignets and were dragged to the French Quarter just for them.
Overall, they were very good, light and fluffy, and enough sweetness to satisfy anyone's sweet tooth. They come with 3 dipping sauces as well chocolate, caramel, and strawberry. I personally liked the caramel best but all were good.
Again, I would recommend this for anyone staying at the resort or visiting the French Quater or anyone who really loves sweet treats. I just don't personally think it is worth the trip over from Disney Springs just for them.

The alcohol beignet was really good, the other specialty ones came out a little like cakey donuts.

This is a cafeteria style eatery. It was very clean and had plenty of seating the two times we went. The dinner shrimp and grits was delicious! Even my spouse thought so. We also had some desserts. The chocolate cake was good, but the tres leches was different than what I'm used to. It wasn't as sweet or as moist. We also had Halloween beignets that were delicious.
We did not stay at the French Quarter (walked from Port Orleans) and overall this left a good impression of the location as a place to stay for our next trip.

The mickey beignets are great, light and fluffy. They’re not too sweet and the sweetness can still be controlled by removing excess icing sugar. The chocolate ganache dipping sauce is dark chocolate which adds a nice bitterness to help balance it out too. Can just take a while if they’re busy.
