They need to work on custom service. They are rude. The store is very small, no more than 5 people at a time.

It was awesome that Insomnia partnered for a promo for the FNAF movie. Their clever cookie cake had many options - and the sleeve that went over their usual box made it look like a pizza box from the game. It was a cool way to do it, and we were happy to snag one of these delightful orders while they were available. The customer service at this location was also amazing!!

These cookies was ready when I said I wanted them to be. The experience of opening the box and looking at all the ones I ordered. The taste was awesome nice warm and texture on point. Will try more flavors next time.

Delicious! The Double Chocolate Chunk is definitely a family favorite! 🍪 I can see where others think it’s a little pricey, but Cookies are definitely worth it and staff was great!

The best cookie! Love the chocolate chunk cookie. My husband is a fan favorite of the vegan cookies(all flavors) I think that was a great decision to make vegan cookies.
