As I approach the Store Manager AB to get help with my order, I observe the immediate response, as he told a worker one moment and stop what he was doing outside with that worker.
This action speaks greatly of who he is as a person. And manage my difficulty wit excellence. I will gladly returned and refer anyone. Receiving a spectacular customer service by AB it really made my day after all I've been trough. Thanks AB for your excellent service. Have a beautiful day.

First time back in what feels like forever because what is this? Feels like a hospital vs McDonalds. The staff in the photo, which was coincidence, were very friendly but this set-up leaves A LOT to be desired in the hospitality/customer service field. It doesn't feel inviting it looks institutional. It allows the opportunity for guests to be left unattended, while staff corral in the back.

It’s a McDonald’s, so you won’t find anything new here. The food taste just like every other McDonald’s in the world. The big difference is this place just underwent a major renovation. There are fewer seats, more kiosks, and a smaller front counter. There’s also no drinks station anymore, so if you want a refill, you have to ask for it. It is a comfortable place to hang out though, and I’ve spent some time here just working instead of going to a coffee shop.

Right across the street from UCF so there is usually a line, so that means the food is fresh. Usually a little wait but it’s McDonald’s so I expect that.
