Yes, I enjoyed my lunch today. Tomeka service was above and beyond. As I was sitting waiting on my food I noticed her helping customers, cleaning tables, sweeping the floor, etc. She had a smile on her face and very polite. When it was time to pay my bill, I asked her was she the manager and she stated no with a smile on her face. I told her I thought she was because she was taking care of everything. She probably was cooking too because I couldn't see in the kitchen. 😂 She just still smiled and stated I cook sometimes too. This is what great customer service looks like from an employee. Thank you Tomeka for your excellent service.

The restaurant was short staffed when we visited yesterday, but the staff that was working made a special effort to accommodate our party of seven. They did it quickly and professionally ensuring that our wait was as short as they could make it. Once seated our server quickly took drink orders and answered questions on menu items. To say the entire staff worked together like a clock is cliche, but that is the best analogy I can provide. Our food came out fast and hot with no errors in the orders. I would gladly return the next time we're in the area.

They sat us quickly inspite of being busy. The food orders were okay. One of my friend's hashbrowns were a bit burnt. I had to ask the server 3 times to bring me some hot sauce. She was okay in her service but just didn't seem to be present at her job. She was accommodating to a certain point but didn't quite smile or really check on us much. I've worked in customer service in all capacities and so I know it's challenging because it's a demanding job.she Def can improve her service being that she is a server.

Upon enetering, there was a sign on the podium saying that they were short staffed. As soon as the hostess came to the front, she sat me and my son. It took the waitress a minute to come by to the table for introduction and asking us what we wanted to drink. Aside from the delay, I think she was great on coming by to see how we were doing or if we needed anything else. I also notice she was being really friendly to us(me and my son) and to the other customers, always had a smile, never noticed any bad attitude, or anything negative. Seeing how she was and presented herself in front of the customers, I gave her 50% of my check in tips. I'd like to see how this place runs if they had a full staff on board throughout the day.

The sampler platter! This is one of my favorite dishes and sadly it was served slightly cold, eggs not cooked to over easy, burnt protein and hash browns not crispy at all. Service was good but it could have been better if they had more server snd not 1 running 5 tables in the morning. I didn’t want to exchange the platter due to only one server available, orders taking longer time to come out and drinks refills not on time. We can do better.

Clean! Friendly staff! The staff I talked to all said it’s a great place to work. The food was served hot, perfectly cooked, and yummy. I visited on a busy Sunday morning and still was seated right away and coffee came in lightening speed. The prices are extremely reasonable with many specials. Kids are accommodated with crayons and coloring menu. Highly recommend any time of the day. Strictly following health guidelines.
