Update: This is my 2nd 5 star review of this Pollo. This is my neighborhood Pollo and I come here often.
I had another awesome drive thru experience today. The person who took my order was fast, friendly and personable. When I got up to the window to pay for my food, I was greeted with a friendly smile which immediately put me in a good mood. The food was fresh and tasted delicious. I just want to say that I know you all work hard and dealing with the public isn't easy. I want all of you to know that I appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you all so much for everything you do. You're all awesome!

Very good small bowls of rice and steak. Drive thru is quick once there isn’t a long line. The people are friendly.

Tropichop bowl is amazing, they have like a million chickens on their grill right there in front of you so you so you know it's fresh. I have them load it up but ask for your favorite salsa, mine is rum flavored. It's kind of like duck sauce but better.

Food was good, plantains were perfect & not mushy, chicken was cooked perfect which we all know some pollo tropicals struggle with but today at 6pm whoever cooked the chicken did an amazing job.. also the girl at the window was great 👍 all around can't complain

This is the best Pollo tropical, Jaylen, Arron, William, Ivan, Sohaib were all smiles and very helpful with my order as this is only the second time I’ve come to Pollo tropical. Because of this amazing crew I’ll be coming more often. Thank you guys.
