Taco Bell

This Taco Bell is horrible and I will never go there again. Went through the drive thru to order and I wanted a chicken quesadilla and was told they had no chicken because it wasn’t taken out so I ordered a crunch wrap and asked for no tomatoes and extra meat and they put tomatoes and no meat, the taco shell for the hard taco was stale, I then ordered a Mexican pizza and asked for no beans add extra meat and cheese, there was no meat and the cheese was not even melted and it had way to much sauce on it and the soft shell tacos were cold. The employees were standing around and leaning on the counter. This location is horrible don’t even bother going to it. This is the 2 time I had an issue and I will never go back and when you call they don’t answer the phone.

Not sure what happened in the last few months, but quality has tanked. Seems like all the employees can't be bothered to care even 10% or at least fake like they care. They gossip amongst themselves, do a little as possible, mess up making your order and then forget to give you sauce as they chuck the bag at you. Unfortunately Avalon has limited fast food choices without driving to Waterford, but if this is the quality they're giving, then it's time to stop going here.

I want to give some positive feedback regarding my experience tonight with our local Taco Bell. I do not typically eat Taco Bell, but my husband and kids love it! Tonight I was in the mood for some Nachos and unfortunately my first order from another restaurant was horrible! Chips were literally covered in salt and we were unable to eat them. My husband went to Taco Bell and he received courteous and friendly service. My food was made just as ordered, “not greasy” like some fast food places. Kudos to all the food service staff who are working hard, doing their best in a day and age where people are so quick to criticize and less likely to praise.

I love Taco Bell - and I visit this location all the time. But the accuracy here has always been notoriously abysmal. I'm not sure what it is about Taco Bell and their policies, but for 10 years the staff here routinely forgets to add your sauce, usually gets your order wrong, misplaces items, or simply forgets to include entire items from your order that you paid for. On today's occasion, I was asked to park so they could bring my food, which of course had numerous mistakes - (and I admittedly did not validate because the wait was so long I was ready to move on with my life) - but after giving me my food the manager walked so slow back towards the store that you would think this to be the longest walk of his entire life. Meanwhile, the staff inside is at Defcon 1 with a backed-up car line. But again, I must really like Taco Bell because I keep coming back to this place. The employees are generally friendly and the store is always clean at least, but is it too much to ask to get the items that you paid for?

Has completely gone downhill and I'm considering just stopping with ordering from Taco Bell. Every time I make a mobile order for me and my family, There are missing items, items that are made incorrectly, and this has happened 8 out of the last 10 orders... As much as I hate to say it, because I hate the thought of any business going under, Everybody needs to Stop ordering from this Restaurant. A new business that actually values its clientele can replace them.

I have visited this Taco Bell 3 times in the last 2 weeks from 9 pm to 12 am and EVERY SINGLE TIME “the system is down for 20 min” or they are “closed for cleaning” even though they close at 3am. Drove past the window and see man straight chillin on his phone. The computer is fine and no one is cleaning. If you don’t want to make my chicken quesadilla just say that. Don’t tell me lies. I will be visiting McDonald’s.

Friendly employees. Very clean. Ingredients are always fresh at this location. They are always busy, and the drive thru is always packed. They could use some re-training in the way in which they make the Tacos. They are not well made, way too much sour cream and lettuce, plus they handle the Tacos a bit rough because 30% of mine are always broken, and I always handle the bag with care.

If I could give this Taco Bell a zero I would. Run by children can't get a simple order correct. They have no integrity what so ever. They glady take your money and give you half your order. I'm beyond frustrated with this location. It's sad we have such few options in Avalon. I'll be going to the Alafaya branch from now on. Better check your order before you drive away they are crook's and like to steal your money!
