Wendy's

Showed up before the dining area closed.. there was 30 of us we were just going to go in and order our food to go.. they kicked us all out and told us we had to go through the drive thru and order food. I understand your dining area was going to close but to kick us out. Very disappointed. We came straight from the airport after a long day of flying we just wanted something quick to eat. Thank you for welcoming us into your city.. very disrespectful employees.

I have frequented this location regularly due to the convenience of the location for me, but the quality of food and quality of service at this Wendy's has been consistently poor. Food regularly tastes like it has been sitting out for a long time and the employees do not appear to be happy working here.

Clueless staff. Ordered a 4 for 4 got burn to crisp fries and 2 burnt tenders instead of nuggets. Went inside to get the nuggets for my son and witnessed how rude the whole staff is. The manager knew she gave me tenders instead of nuggets and replied that it was the same thing. Not wasting my time at this location ever again. Always smells of burnt grease and terrible service.

Our worst Wendy's experience ever. Had to wait long for a simple order. While waiting, overheard another customer came back to get their order fixed because they didn't receive bacon on their sandwich. When we sat down, all of the tables were dirty. Our baked potatoes were bad, like they had been sitting out too long. My wife received the wrong sandwich. Went back and got a replacement, and after a couple bites noticed that there was one of those plastic bread bag tag thing inside the sandwich! Thankfully she pulled it out and didn't crack a tooth or choke on it. I went and related our entire experience to the manager, who apologized and comped our meal. Now we understand why the place was almost empty at the height of lunch hour.

This Wendy's has absolutely deplorable horrible service. Wendy's doesn't always have the the best service but this place is really really bad Really watch out for the stupid black guy that works at the drive-through at night he is a complete jerk He was rude to me he didn't Britney gave me an attitude once again handed me my credit card with my bag which should not happen. When I mentioned it to the moron he looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. When I asked for the manager she just blankly stared at me and could care less and I had to repeat my story five times for her to say she was sorry. Will never ever return to this Wendy's unless there are more normal people working there
