Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I had a large order for our quarterly budget session. The food was hot when I arrived back at the office and the president and CEO noticed!! That was a plus. However, the kid at the register may have been new pr a bit overwhelmed the manager could have stepped up to help him and keep the line moving. She didn't. She had RBF and seemed annoyed. Then after 10 minutes turns to tell me my order will be another 15 minutes. I understand it was during the lunch rush but as a manager she could have been more pleasant and stepped up to move the line.

5 star rating. When I pulled up to Popeyes I notice the drive thru was packed so decided to walk in myself. Being busy the way they were I have to say the manager Kimberly was friendly and her customer skills was fantastic to her customers. As I get up to the front of the line a different young lady took my order and prepared it for me to go. I did not get her name but this was roughly 2:30 pm and I have to say this young lady was amazing with taking my order and getting it prepared while I waited. The team work these 2 young ladies displayed today while being busy deserves this 5 star review. The hard work I witnessed today deserves to be recognized and set as a standard for Popeyes.

Exceptionally kind employees and absolutely spotless dining area. Fresh food, extremely pleasant staff, and the best experience I've had at a Popeyes or fast food in general. They guys throw down in the back, and the ladies up front are always a breath of fresh air!!! Keep doing y'all thing!!! 5stars!!!
