My meal was exactly as I ordered. I really like the Italian and the smokehouse brisket. The employees were very friendly and had my food ready pretty fast. Overall I am very pleased with this location.
My first visit to this location and it was already better in some ways than others. They were empty when I got there and there was only the manager up front working on a to go order. He took my order and I got my drink and went and had a seat. He brought my sandwich out right away. My food was exce
They made a mistake on my order but were so gracious and nice to replace it with no problem. Busy location so it might take a bit for your order but management knows how to turn a negative into a positive. Very happy 😃

Favorite sub chain in Florida. Taste never varies. Pricier than Subway, but more meat in your sub. Chain does a lot of community service also. Ordered for pick up here and sub was made quickly. Friendly staff and currently have a promotion to get a free sub after 10 stamps.

Im very picky. But i come here all the time amd my last experience was off. Way to much lettuce! And it wasnt hot like normaly... More like warm. And i added jalapenos and they only put a few in my sandwich. I still enjoyed it!
Free subs on your birthday and always, always the best big sub chain around. Subway is worse than oscar meyer compared to Firehouse. The workers are always cool too. And the huge selection of hot sauces is brilliant!
