They keep trying to push mobile ordering. Some people just want to go up and order the old fashion way and speak to a person. The food was good

Nice place to eat and food was good; ordered bacon cheeseburger and fries. Figuring out how to order after scanning the QR code was difficult.

This is a fast table service restaurant it is mostly pizza, burgers and a couple of Asian dishes. You can also order chicken cream salad. The first thing you do when you get there is to get a card to reserve your table. This is very convenient because you are guaranteed seating. Make sure you remember your table number. Next, you get inline to order and pay for your food. Once that is done you go and get your drink. The have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines for soda and water. If you ordered beer they will bring it with your meal to your table. Sut back, relax and enjoy your meal.

We go to Universal once a week and the comic strip cafe is one our favorite stops. The Ramen is always great and Mrs. Kim Kim is an amazing employee!

12/28/21 They had 6 lanes but the wait time was still about half an hour. We ordered the burger. Just your standard burger. They did have other options like ramen and pizza. The staff was nice. Place was spacious, you can surely find a seat. Trash cans needed to be emptied though; they were overfilled.

I will say most of the food here is forgettable, but the carnitas arepas was delicious and I like the chocolate chip cookies here better than anywhere in the park. Like most of these restaurants in the parks they could be cleaner at the tables and drink stations... plus for "fast" food spots they are pretty slow... but each spot has the 1 thing to go there for.
