Dunkin' Donuts

I liked this Dunkin. Service was friendly, on point and with a smile. The only things that I didn't really like here is they were out of the item I asked for. And the dining area was trashed. Lol. There was crumbs all over the tables and floor. The chairs looked as if someone was ABOUT to clean up then changed their mind. 😂 it wasn't a bad experience just not that great compared to other Dunkins. Buy the friendly service by the young lady at the counter definitely helped. So kudos to the staff for their customer service. All in all I'd visit this place again. Everything I've mentioned is quite fixable. So another visit would definitely be a yes!! Good job

I normally do not post a review however I feel it necessary in this case. Me, my wife, and my granddaughter stop to get a quick breakfast this morning after entering we stood in front of the Oder counter along with another elderly gentleman after waiting for over 10 minutes I finally asked one of employees behind the counter if this register was open, he informed me that someone would be with us when they had a minute as he said they were understaffed and very busy, and that the drive up window takes priority over inside customers. When I said that was a really bad policy he told me I could go and get in the drive through lane if I wanted to. At this point i told him I was not going to do that and he said that it would be a few minutes before he would help us and that I would have to wait until he finished with the drive through people. At this point a young Hispanic lady came in and said she heard me talking to one of her employees and that at the time they were understaffed and that there were people in the drive through that were there before us and that way no one helped us. I informed her that no there were only two cars in the line when we walked in as I looked before entering, she began to display an very arrogant demeanor with me and was extremely rude. Also at this time some of the employees started making comments that were both rude and disrespectful. I have lived it this area for over 50 years and have been a customer at this store for a long time. That will now come to and end. The only suggestion I have for you is CAN THE ENTIRE STAFF!!! and start over. From my experience with I assume is the manager the whole staff is both untrained and incompetent. GOOD LUCK

My favorite dunkin with quick service and super friendly staff. I only come here for my coffee in the morning, the only thing is the drive thru. Since it’s on the side of the building, the back lot fills Up quickly which sometimes blocks the roads and then you can’t park behind the building. But with the new management they are so much better. My donut actually tasted fresh rather than it tasting like it was 3 days old
