11/2023: I have not visited this location in a while but, I was surprised that there is no longer servers. I guess after the pandemic they change the way of doing business. Now the offer a contactless order points and your pick up your food at the counter.

Counter computers are confusing, but staff was kind to come over to help. Can't speak to the food, just had an iced tea while overheating on a hot day. Great service by the females.

Definitely a different experience than what I was used to for Steak ‘n Shake, it’s self service style now even ordering. The frisco melt was okay but the biggest disappointment was they use white bread now instead of sourdough. Overall the employees were nice and the restaurant was clean.

I love ordering from the touchscreen, paying and then getting my drink and relaxing until my order is ready. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The food was so delicious... I went back for dinner too!

It's at the best that I think that it could possibly be at. This location is prolly one of the remaining few in the Greater Orlando Metropolitan. Anyway, it doesn't capture the nostalgic feeling that you might be looking for. However the food is affordable (if you keep track of what you're ordering. The atmosphere is decent, it's not ratchet, clean, organized, a welcoming but sketch way of trying to show it. That's what this location is, definitely worth the visit but not all $41 of it before tip.

This is the only Steak N Shake location I will visit. It’s always immaculate. While I’m not tech savvy, the manager always comes out and helps me order on the self service screen. The staff is always much more presentable than other locations and the restaurant is always spotless. Love that you can see your food being cooked. Kudos to this Steak n Shake location!

Great place for a tasty burger. And the 4.44 price is reasonable (no drink included). Love that they put pickles and crunchy onions on the sandwich. Just brings out the burger flavor. Not a huge fan of the fries but they do compliment the burger well and if you like the shoestring variety these will be perfect for you. The shakes are always refreshing and filling. Almost like a meal by itself. Definitely recommend.

I was very impressed by the post COVID change they gave to one of my favorite restaurants. The cashiers and waitresses disappeared, now everything is digital and the only people there are those who cook and the counter. The atmosphere of a typical American restaurant has disappeared. They are now next to Mcdonalds and Wendy's. I'm gonna miss the old Steak & Shake
