Baskin-robbins

This is no longer a place to buy ice cream, looked terrible of what the flavors were. Do not care the most popular flavors. No vanilla, no pralines and cream, no hot fudge , so therefore no sundaes. Not sure what the flavors are, they dont even know, she said, some kind of coconut! And seems like yogurt is the type! they dont even display the flavors. Looking at all 4 cases, 2 were completely empty, and the other 2 had some kind of disgusting frozen something !!

DO NOT go here. The store was dirty, chairs, tables, coffee ground particles on shelving. The ice cream was unmarked so you didn't know what you were buying. The cones were cracked & stale. When I went to pat the employee was on her phone texting. The donut case light were all off as if it was unavailable. I feel sorry for the owner. Your store Baskin Robins/Duncan Donuts was discusting. You should probably send in undercover boss.

Always horrible. Always running out of something. Las week the shakes machine was down and after a week still down. A couple times I visited the place the customer service was bad. Sometimes running out of marshmallow, another day whipped cream, popular flavors not available some times, now the shakes machine is not working. Close the Ice Cream side then.

Based on ice cream, my mom in law gives them a 4 for fresh icecream....my ice cream which was a simple sundae was just that simple. I give them a 3 but leaning more to a 2 because the customer service wasn't good. First, they were looking at us like we were crazy lol. Yes we were excited for our ice cream but okay lol then they were acting slow like they weren't sure how to sell their ice cream or tell us what to put to make it good. Just was a weird experience. I'm also not a big fan of their ice cream.
