Tortilleria & Restaurant La Mexicana

One of the few venues that serves “authentic” Mexican food dishes, from their soups, option for tacos and their waters. 1) the venue is extremely clean with also very welcoming atmosphere 2) the staff is extremely friendly, and all are bilingual 3) the menu prices are by far the best around 4) of course, food quality was superb to me They even have a section for “photo ops” with backsplash and Mariachi hats 😌 Oh, and they have a full liquor bar Dine in or Take-out you get the same quality and portions food wise, it shows the kitchen takes pride in their dishes served.

Absolutely spectacular meal. Freshly fried tortillas, 2 kinds of hot sauce. The frijoles were perfect. I had a burrito of which I could only eat half. The flavors were amazing and the service is excellent. Best of all unbelievably affordable. The restaurant is beautiful, but they were busy listening to the soccer game on very high volume.

I live near the area and have always been curious about this restaurant, I found it on Orlando weekly recommendations and saw it as a sign. My husband and I ordered the Quesabirria tacos and some passion fruit margaritas to go (even though upon arrival seemed like a place I would like to eat in, the atmosphere was very welcoming). Pleased from the very first bite of our tacos, the seasoning, the broth and the authentic flavors really sealed the deal. I can’t believe we have gone on so long without trying them. Delicious food!

Really great Mexican restaurant. The food was excellent and authentic and huge portions. And if you would like the practice your Spanish - our food server did not speak English which was not a problem. All in all if you are looking for excellent Mexican food with great service and Wonderful atmosphere. Check this restaurant out. I don't think you will be disappointed.
