Service is ridiculously good. I asked about breakfast time 2 minutes after it was done, worker chased me down with a tablet n made it happen. Awesome!!

This restaurant is a decent place to dine in as long as it’s not lunchtime. The space is minimal for parking, and during lunchtime, it’s a nightmare. Service is excellent, and during slow times, it’s pretty fast. During the rush at lunchtime, your order can get mixed or lacking.
It has a good location as far as accessibility, but the facilities are challenging.

I love this Chik-fil-A. Drive-through and trying to get into the drive-through in Waterford Lakes is a nightmare, but the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, along with the excellent quality of the food, makes it all worthwhile. I don't eat fast food, but Chick-fil-A is an exception. My sandwich was actually so piping hot, I had to wait to eat it. Their lemonade is the best I've ever had. This manager needs to be commended for how well this restaurant operates.

I came in today with my girlfriend who has a dairy allergy. We were helped by a polite young buck named Alex, he knew the menu well and was very helpful. Exquisite service, he recommended the grilled nuggets since they did not contain dairy.

This is a great location, they're very efficient and never seem to get an order wrong. Only problem is the location, it's inconvenient placed and the line for the drive thru always wraps around the whole building and overflows into one of the main streets of the shopping plaza it's located in so it causes issues in both directions and some confusion with the order of people going in who have been waiting. They are very well organized and somehow still manage to keep an excellent level of service, and since the flow of people is constant you always get freshly prepared food that hasn't even had a chance to sit around in a warmer

I think chick fil a is unreasonably expensive, and this is no different. But the food is still good and of a reliable quality for pretty much any of them. Just like every other chick fil a though, it is super busy

I visit this location all too often. But one crew memeber, Stefon, stands out above everyone else. He remembers my name, he's always courteous, and he makes sure my order is correct every single time. He's an essential team member at this location, and I really hope management sees him.
