I love coffee, but these two cups I've ordered was like a tea, too much water, I almost didn't taste the coffee, too much brand, the coffee is no good.
Better u do home more delicious.

Terrible customer service. I asked for a coffee with 8 cream and 8 sugar my coffee had no sugar in it at all. I return to ask for sugar they made me wait until they serviced everyone in line then got me my sugar although I paid for something I did not receive they did not show good customer service what so ever!

Takes forever, and the coffee sucks! The lady behind the counter was polite and helpful but the coffee flat out is as if someone rinsed the coffee pot and sold as coffee product. Two added expresso shots and two americanos later $15 (had to add the shots to the americanos) this place is a rip off for "coffee".

Staff let one of the two dudes in construction vests (probably target employees) behind the counter who WAS NOT wearing a mask, he grabbed two plastic cups, filled them water and ice and walked out. I have no issue as to what they took, what I have issue with is the staff working didn't bother to ask the guy either to put the mask or to give him water herself. Very unprofessional.

They charge more than a regular stand alone Starbucks. But that isn’t my major issue, today it took over 15 mins to make a sweet cream cold brew, and they made 7 other drinks in that time for other customers (4 drinks for one group, then 3 other customers). When I ordered, the lady never told me that the cold brew wasn’t ready. They should have told me it would take longer than usual. Extremely disappointed because it could’ve been as simple as that. I would have not ordered had I known it would take so long.
