First time trying their vegan pizza, it was really good, wish they had a little more protein options like vegan chorizo or pepperoni but it’s something new so understandable. Friendly crew and got us in and out. Thank you for the service!

Uncle Maddios is my favorite place to eat in Waterford Lakes! The food is extremely fresh and the service is always great. I met the owner Victor and he’s by far one of the kindest people i’ve met. Definitely come visit this location.

Before a lovely night at the theater, me and my wife of thirty years visited this location. We were at met at the door with a warm welcoming from smile from Gracie. The hospitality and conversation he engaged in with us left us absolutely bewildered. We have not experienced such a fine display of chivalry in our many years being pizza restaurant connoisseurs. I will continue to be a frequent customer of this location for the rest of my life thanks to Gracie. The pizza was fine too I guess.

Crazy Good Pizza! We were struggling to find any great parlor pizza options in the East Orlando area, so we ended up trying this place out because of how convenient it was. Little did we know this would become one of our favorite pizza’s we’ve had. This place had a similar vibe as other byo pizza shops such as Blaze or Mod, with a modern interior and thin crust, personal sized pizzas (there are also larger options available). And while the pizza isn’t ready quite as fast as those places, it certainly makes up for it in the taste. The crust is crispier, with a better consistency compared to the others, and the tomato basil sauce was unparalleled! The quality of toppings was also amazing too, even with having such a wide selection! The Create Your Own Pizza unfortunately only comes with 5 included toppings (with each extra costing around a dollar), they make up for it in the generous amounts on each pizza. While this place may be a tad bit more expensive then competitors, the quality does seem much better, and we also appreciate the late hours. Definitely deserves a visit!

Delicious! Choices of crust are white, wheat, gluten-free and my favorite cauliflower. They even have tofu. My calzone was perfect. Choices of drinks includes beer and wine. The ingredients are fresh and the food is prepared in front of you. They also use REAL cheese and they prepare their own chicken; no by-products. I keep coming back!😋

Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and the Steak and Blue Pizza. I think we found a new favorite joint. The cheeses on both of the pizzas complimented the other toppings so well. The balsamic glaze was such an interesting taste that went so well with the steak. Everything tasted fresh and looked wonderfully crafted. Will be ordering again.

UPDATE: Visited again Tyler, manager?, overheard my conversation with the girl taking my order and understood my concerns and took over my order due to allergies. When we sat outside he came over and offered us an umbrella and that he would be happy to place one for us. WOW!!! Who does that? Maddios Pizza that's who! Give them a try. They truly look and feel customer-centric. Good location and the customer service was on point. Gluten free pizza was made fresh and on a dedicated countertop, fresh ingredients and change of gloves. This GF pie had more of a crisp to which I liked. Sat outside although it was a hot evening but, it was a nice atmosphere all around. Attendant came out per request to wipe down table even though he mentioned that they wipe down after every customer. Which they do because the family sitting across from us, when they left he came out and wiped down that sittingarea. Will give it another try in the future. I enjoyed their dedication.
