First time trying their vegan pizza, it was really good, wish they had a little more protein options like vegan chorizo or pepperoni but it’s something new so understandable. Friendly crew and got us in and out. Thank you for the service!
UPDATE: Visited again Tyler, manager?, overheard my conversation with the girl taking my order and understood my concerns and took over my order due to allergies. When we sat outside he came over and offered us an umbrella and that he would be happy to place one for us. WOW!!! Who does that? Madd
Delicious! Choices of crust are white, wheat, gluten-free and my favorite cauliflower. They even have tofu. My calzone was perfect. Choices of drinks includes beer and wine. Uncle Maddios is my favorite place to eat in Waterford Lakes! The food is extremely fresh and the service is always great. I met the owner Victor and he’s by far one of the kindest people i’ve met. Definitely come visit this location.

MENU: 5 stars. I had the personal pizza and chose Margherita. I love it. It’s delicious. I typically add pepperoni and it always taste amazing. I love that you can tailor your pizza how ever you want at Maddio’s. It’s sort of like a pizza version of Subway. Every time I’m in the Waterford Lakes area
Best pizza in Orlando!!! It’s so delicious. You pick your size and toppings and it comes out amazing! Prices are reasonable and so worth it! It’s kind of like a subway for pizza. They’re cheese sticks are also very yummy!

My only suggestion is that you allow the vegan crust to be in sizes larger than the personal pizza size.
Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and the Steak and Blue Pizza. I think we found a new favorite joint. The cheeses on both of the pizzas complimented the other toppings so well. The balsamic glaze was such an interesting taste that went so well with the steak. Everything tasted fresh and looked won
