Sebastian's Bistro

Sebastian's has quickly become one of our favorite places to take family. It's a family style restaurant that serves flank steak, pulled pork and grilled chicken. The steak is rubbed with an ancho chili rub that is absolutely divine. They serve rolls with onion chutney and a mango butter that are both mouth watering. For dessert you get a bread pudding that even I enjoy. And I don't usually do bread pudding. But its so good here. We even went to Sebastian's on Thanksgiving day 2022 and they had a turkey dinner prepared for us. It was fantastic! One of the best thanksgiving meals in memory. Update 2023: We went for thanksgiving again this year and unfortunately they did not have a turkey dinner that was made in their kitchen. They did offer one from the quick service next door but for the cost we chose to have the traditional menu. As it turns out, we weren’t dissatisfied! They added a cod to the already amazing array of meats and it was incredible. I was quite pleased with my non-traditional thanksgiving feast. If you’re thinking of trying Sebastian’s, stop thinking and just go. You won’t be disappointed. Unless you suck.

For the price, you truly cannot beat this place! I made a reservation in advance of our trip (4:30 which was a little early) but was able to move it to 7pm the week of, which was great. Our server (did not write it down I apologize) was very sweet and helpful. Each course came out quickly. I honestly could have been happy with the salad and the rolls, they were both so good! My partner is obsessed with the guava butter haha. But I had to save room for the mains. The chicken was amazing! The steak was also very good, not over cooked and tender. The pork was a little dry, I feel like pulled pork is just tough to get right. The fish was fine, not my favorite but not bad. And the sides were all very good. By dessert we were almost ready to burst but the breading pudding was so delicious, make sure you leave a little room for it! Overall I think the Caribbean Beach Resort is underrated for its dining, pool & skyliner location. This was a fantastic experience. Definitely worth a table service meal on your next Disney trip! Our server Gray was helpful and friendly very knowledgeable and professional! When we told our Gray about food allergies the Chef came out to discuss options. Everything came out in a timely manner. Food is delicious and plentiful. From rolls to salad and entrees no complaints. Desert was delicious also. At 32 dollars per person not bad! Will come back again.

Though our walk-in reservation was dropped, on accident, we absolutely LOVED our meal here at Sebastian's Bistro. We told them to hold the fish because we don't like fish. The food was to DIE for. And we were able to view some of the EPCOT fireworks from our table. It was a decent amount of food for two people, and it was just lovely and perfect. Well worth the price.

The food, service, and atmosphere here is so wonderful! We had the vegan plant based option and enjoyed every single item from the rolls with guava “butter” to the impossible kebabs to the “crab” cakes and plant based bread pudding. Our server Lisa made us feel so comfortable and went above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner special. This is now definitely one of our favorite restaurants with plant based options at Disney.

Being Floridians, DVC members, and annual pass holders, we vacation at the Walt Disney Resort several times each year. On our most recent trip we made reservations at Sebastian’s Bistro. Oh my goodness!!! We loved everything about it. The salad was delicious, the bread amazing, the little Mickey cheese cracker was unbelievable. And all of that before we even received the main course which was also absolutely delicious. It’s all served family style and your server will gladly bring you seconds of anything. Our favorite was the flank steak and the broccolini. But all the meats and veggies were delicious. The pineapple bread pudding with caramel sauce was perfect to end the meal. We also had the white sangria with a rum float. It was very refreshing on a hot Florida day. Sebastian’s tops our must do list now!

We ate at Sebastian's Bistro at the Carribean Beach Resort this evening. It was a delicious family style dinner. Everything from the guava butter and onion chutney for the tasty rolls to the tropical salad, variety of meats and vegetables, and pineapple coconut bread pudding were top notch. I highly recommend this restaurant.
