Little Caesars

This place as came a long way over the last few years. The new General Manager Julian always takes care me whenever I have any trouble. I understand there’s a workers crisis during the pandemic and they are short handed. But this guy is a beast and always willing to make it right whenever my past orders were wrong. I hope to see this location continue to get better and I hope he finds employees!

Placed at small phone order and was told it would be 10min. When I got to the store nobody was upfront. They were all in the back talking and goofing off. I waited over 5 min before somebody came up to the counter. Then they could not find my order. I asked what their store number was just to verify I called the right store. They did not even know their own number! Eventually found out that I did call the right store and twenty minuets later they "found" my order. Took over 30 min, after the 10 min drive from calling it in, for some breadsticks and cheese bread. Never again!

Prices for the deep dish have gone up, quality has gone down. Now it's two little pizza that are just like the 5 dollar pizza with a bunch of crust, no burnt cheese, no crispy bottom. Called the manager and she said she'd been there 8 years and it's always been that way, ridiculous. They charge $1.50 for a side of sauce when you buy cheese bread, why isn't it included?
