The Service was outstanding! The waiter Chet was awesome! Would recommend this location ONLY! Service and Staff were so friendly! Food was hot and the beer glass was never empty!!!�
Went in last night and have to say the service was excellent! We had a trainee, Amy and we can't say enough about how outstanding she was as a server! The food was really good and portions were generous. We would definitely go back when in the area.

My burger was nice, I wish a bit more ribs on top.
Waiter service was nice, but the guys taking away empty glasses and dishes could pass by a bit more often...
Arrived late into Orlando, TGIs was right across from our hotel so popped in for a late evening meal. It's a big, busy place. Greeted well and lead to a table at what felt like the back of the restaurant. It was warm here...we seemed to walk all the way past the cool section. We both went for the lobster and steak special...it was better than expected...ok not big or fancy but perfectly fine for the cost. Had a couple of beers and the wife had a cocktail...not bad that's for sure.
We were staying in the Holiday Inn & Suites and we ate breakfast here. The breakfast buffet was varied. The food tasted fresh. Nothing special.
I liked that the restaurant was connected to the hotel.
The service was excellent.
Great food. The only concern I have is that the floor was sticky around our table. Oh, and the big ribs seem more like short ribs. Take a look for yourself, compare to the length of the tines on the fork.
The food was excellent service, and the excellent server was on top of her game! Can't fault a thing!
It was decent. Enjoyed the Alfredo with shrimp. Good service. Nice outdoor patio. Lots of choices. Bar food
Alex our server was just amazing. It was my mom’s birthday and we ended up at Fridays as they were open late till 1 am.
Exceptional Customer Service! First night in Orlando after a long day flying in and waiting for rentals and accommodations. Stopped in and noticed the busy location. Took a little time to get a table for two, but there were multiple parties of four or more so we knew that we were going to wait. We were introduced to Destiny(apologies if I misspelled your name) who was an absolute delight. She gave us her thoughts based on what we were looking for and the service was prompt. When our food was brought out, she stopped by and noticed before we did part of our order was missing.
I had the bucket of bones. Chose the whiskey bbq sauce for the ribs and the Nashville hot for the wings. It was absolutely delicious. My sister had the chicken fingers and swapped out the fires for the max and cheese.
Food was great tasting and portions were perfect. The real star was amazing person who helped us. Her recommendations and just exceptional service made our evening.
Great place to eat and great prices too. Just outside Universal Studios. We ate supper here all 5 nights. Was close to our hotel and was way cheaper than eating at the City-walk restaurants. Great variety in food. Had Cajun shrimp pasta one night, burger, tried the rib and wings, fajitas, chicken burgers and Cesar Salad. No complaints. Something different every night. Was very impressed by the friendly staff and food selection. 2 dollar drafts are why we walked back to our hotel ;)
Shout out to our waiter the 1st night Reinaldo…great job sir. Great 1st impression is why we came back the next 4 nights!

Great and friendly service here and fast seating accommodation was provided. Definitely a good spot if you're staying at Universal or the nearby partner hotels
