Shake Shack Florida Mall

Huge Improvement since the last time I was here over 4 years ago. The place is clean and welcoming. Very modern looking. I had the chicken sandwich, which I've never had here before, and it was good. Burgers are better, though. Self-service kiosk is new, and generally speaking, Im not a fan of them anywhere thus the 4 stars. This one was very user-friendly, and I like that it will text you and email your receipt, all of which worked seamlessly. I didn't like that it asks if you want to add a tip. Umm, who am I tipping? The order cooks? No, thanks! If anything, I should get a discount for the self service I just performed for placing the order myself. C'mon, now. That being said I would come here again. I have always been going to the one at Mall at Millenia, but this one even had me curious about the Florida mall again. Where I also haven't visited in over 4 years. Might be worth it.

Really good burger and fries. Service was pretty fast and it exceeded my expectations. I got the Spicy Double Shackburger with bacon cheese fries and some chicken bites to try. Chicken was excellent, piping hot but juicy all the same and seemed pretty high quality for a fast casual restaurant. The burger was seasoned well and cooked perfectly and the fries were nice and crispy and their cheese sauce is super good. Overall very impressed

They are so slow I had service myself, I should take the "tip" back, they did nothing but move with total lack of urgency, onboard self ordering just makes it a less personable experience. Food is great, but will eventually fail due to lack of service. Will be hesitant on returning. Not getting fooled again.

100% recommend ✅ Everyone seem to work so hard at this location! There was long line at the register, when Brandon, who works at that location was able to help me quickly grab my online order without waiting. I appreciate him very much for saving my time on my lunch break and paying attention to what’s going on around. These kind of people make company look good 👍 Great hire, customer service and food was made perfectly how i wanted it to be. Thank you!

We ordered 2 double shack burgers on the app and came into the restaurant to eat. Our order was ready within minutes. Not even 5 minutes. And the burgers and fries were by far the best ones we have had from all shake shacks in Orlando. We are fans of the food here and have been to all of them. But this restaurant has been the best of all! Super clean too…Keep it up!
