Summer Case

We stopped here after going to Disney. The service was good and the food was good. The only downfall is that they sat everyone who came in right next to one another so it got a little crowded and people were obnoxious. Otherwise the place was clean and nice and the food and service was very good.

This Perkins is located outside of Downtown Disney. I’d expect a lower rating than most because of impatient and entitled tourist and it can get busy. Location, location, location! Don’t let the ratings fool you. I’ve been in the Orlando area for 20-years now and this is the best Perkins in the area. Fresh French toast, awesome wait and management staff and pretty clean for the amount of traffic they get. I’ve never been disappointed - then again I visit early mornings to be the complainants. Don’t worry about the 4.1 stars, this is a good Perkins!

Very good place to get a good breakfast. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Never a wait and service is fast. The food is made to order and is very tasty.
