We stopped here after going to Disney. The service was good and the food was good. The only downfall is that they sat everyone who came in right next to one another so it got a little crowded and people were obnoxious. Otherwise the place was clean and nice and the food and service was very good.
This Perkins is located outside of Downtown Disney. I’d expect a lower rating than most because of impatient and entitled tourist and it can get busy. Location, location, location!
Don’t let the ratings fool you. I’ve been in the Orlando area for 20-years now and this is the best Perkins in the area. Fresh French toast, awesome wait and management staff and pretty clean for the amount of traffic they get. I’ve never been disappointed - then again I visit early mornings to be the complainants.
Don’t worry about the 4.1 stars, this is a good Perkins!
Very good place to get a good breakfast. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Never a wait and service is fast. The food is made to order and is very tasty.
Amazing service. Natasha our server was friendly, prompt, and on top of everything. The food was great and delicious. We were also able to get a hand made balloon animal. The balloon unicorn was the most detailed balloon animal I have ever seen. The whole experience was a great way to start our day. I greatly recommend.

Was 11:30 on a Sunday . So was a decent wait to get a table and then for food.
But service was great, even though they were crazy busy they were super friendly and organized. Food was amaze.
I can say, super friendly greeter and the staff are friendly too. Ordered "The Friendly" omelet with hashbrown. Definitely taste great and doesn't taste greasy. Their menu looks similar to Denny's. But Perkin's food doesn't make it feel like greasy fill lol
But overall, for tastes great and service interaction is on point
Okay honestly if you never been to a Perkins before you have to add this to your trip and I recommend it every time!!! I live in Miami so every trip we make to Orlando we always stop by!!! Honestly best breakfast ever!! It's like a higher scale version of IHOP. So freaking good. Waffles, the Bennett's, the ice coffee, the hash browns. I mean everything is bomb!!! Then the bakery stuff omg!!! The cookies are good but let me tell you, you must try the banana cream pie !!! It's sooooo smooth and creamy. We also got the pumpkin pie which is also to die for !!
Food was fresh and the place was packed. We were in the area visiting the Big Mouse for 4th of July. Nicole did an excellent job waitressing. Our cups were never empty and checked on us , making sure we didn’t need anything. To entertain us while waiting for our food, Gorjeta the balloon artist made us a heart with 2 monkeys on a palm tree. While we asked for the balloon, it was for the newlyweds we were meeting with. Very creative! I got their Brioche French Toast platter which comes with 2 slices of French toast grilled to perfection and covered with powdered sugar, in addition it came with 2 scrambled eggs and 2 slices of bacon. Everything tasted good but the French toast was so delicious. If I wasn’t so full, I would have gotten some more. Thank you Perkins for the perfect meal for our drive home.
Hearty and delicious breakfast with friendly service. You can’t ask for much else! Their eggs Benedict is very good and I love all their flavors of muffins (banana nut is my favorite though). You can also pick up a whole pie from their bakery for a special occasion (or just a Tuesday)!

This was our first experience with Perkins. The greaters were nice, the service was good and the food was good. My buttermilk pancakes were really good!
