I can say, super friendly greeter and the staff are friendly too. Ordered "The Friendly" omelet with hashbrown. Definitely taste great and doesn't taste greasy. Their menu looks similar to Denny's. But Perkin's food doesn't make it feel like greasy fill lol
But overall, for tastes great and service interaction is on point

We came during busy time.
Was 11:30 on a Sunday . So was a decent wait to get a table and then for food.
But service was great, even though they were crazy busy they were super friendly and organized. Food was amaze.

This was our first experience with Perkins. The greaters were nice, the service was good and the food was good. My buttermilk pancakes were really good!

Amazing service. Natasha our server was friendly, prompt, and on top of everything. The food was great and delicious. We were also able to get a hand made balloon animal. The balloon unicorn was the most detailed balloon animal I have ever seen. The whole experience was a great way to start our day. I greatly recommend.

This Perkins is located outside of Downtown Disney. I’d expect a lower rating than most because of impatient and entitled tourist and it can get busy. Location, location, location!
Don’t let the ratings fool you. I’ve been in the Orlando area for 20-years now and this is the best Perkins in the area. Fresh French toast, awesome wait and management staff and pretty clean for the amount of traffic they get. I’ve never been disappointed - then again I visit early mornings to be the complainants.
Don’t worry about the 4.1 stars, this is a good Perkins!

Whoever made this menu heard directly from God. They did us right. Excellent food, service team and prices. Great hours, location and parking. Only disappointment was how short-staffed it was because it took quite long to pay for breakfast and especially as the lunch rush was coming in, some ordering pies and some looking to be seated, even though it was still only 2-3 other families it was a waiting process. I've been raving about my experience there and it's a memory my niece and I will hold forever of her 23rd birthday so thank you for being such a part of it. Our server even sang to her with me over a slice of coconut creme pie that she absolutely loved even though she doesnt generally even like coconut. Everything was wonderfully delicious to me - I had the california eggs benedict - I know she wanted more chicken in her biscuits but we were very much satisfied!

Hearty and delicious breakfast with friendly service. You can’t ask for much else! Their eggs Benedict is very good and I love all their flavors of muffins (banana nut is my favorite though). You can also pick up a whole pie from their bakery for a special occasion (or just a Tuesday)!

Okay honestly if you never been to a Perkins before you have to add this to your trip and I recommend it every time!!! I live in Miami so every trip we make to Orlando we always stop by!!! Honestly best breakfast ever!! It's like a higher scale version of IHOP. So freaking good. Waffles, the Bennett's, the ice coffee, the hash browns. I mean everything is bomb!!! Then the bakery stuff omg!!! The cookies are good but let me tell you, you must try the banana cream pie !!! It's sooooo smooth and creamy. We also got the pumpkin pie which is also to die for !!
