We stopped here after going to Disney. The service was good and the food was good. The only downfall is that they sat everyone who came in right next to one another so it got a little crowded and people were obnoxious. Otherwise the place was clean and nice and the food and service was very good.
This Perkins is located outside of Downtown Disney. I’d expect a lower rating than most because of impatient and entitled tourist and it can get busy. Location, location, location!

Very good place to get a good breakfast. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Never a wait and service is fast. The food is made to order and is very tasty.
Amazing service. Natasha our server was friendly, prompt, and on top of everything. The food was great and delicious. We were also able to get a hand made balloon animal. The balloon unicorn was the most detailed balloon animal I have ever seen. The whole experience was a great way to start our day.

I can say, super friendly greeter and the staff are friendly too. Ordered "The Friendly" omelet with hashbrown. Definitely taste great and doesn't taste greasy. Their menu looks similar to Denny's. But Perkin's food doesn't make it feel like greasy fill lol

Okay honestly if you never been to a Perkins before you have to add this to your trip and I recommend it every time!!! I live in Miami so every trip we make to Orlando we always stop by!!! Hearty and delicious breakfast with friendly service. You can’t ask for much else! Their eggs Benedict is very good and I love all their flavors of muffins (banana nut is my favorite though). You can also pick up a whole pie from their bakery for a special occasion (or just a Tuesday)!

Just went for dessert. My daughter and I shared the chipper Sundae which was only $3.99. The server halved it for us with a whole cookie on the bottom for each of us! Yummy!
