I went to this located years ago when it first opened. Although I only went once and had just one item it was absolutely delicious. Carrot cake cupcake. The cake part was moist and very flavorful and the cream cheese you can tell was homemade with cream cheese and whatever sweetness they added to that. Rather than most cream cheese that are way too sweet and taste more similar to buttercream to me. All in all very delicious

Had a sweet time at Carlos Bakery! Their range of treats is impressive, and the vibrant colors of the desserts caught my eye. Always been a fan since watching the show—loved the family dynamic. Dreaming of visiting the original spot in Hoboken someday. The rainbow cake is my go-to. However, pricing could be friendlier, and more tempting deals would make it even sweeter.

On this account I review places I go with my service dog in training, Barbie. I had to fulfill a childhood wish/dream by stopping by one of these spots. I liked the cannoli a lot and it was really cute inside. They had a good variety of baked goods and cute cakes on display.

Absolutely lovely everytime staff are friendly helpful and a new guy there was so nice and perfect cuppa hot tea 🍵 too . We been a few times never fail best in the world

This time I had a great experience! Hannah was extremely helpful & had my order ready & waiting. I was 30 minutes EARLY, but my birthday cake was perfectly inscribed (with a nickname no less!) AND boxed up beautifully
I compared this location to the one I grew up with in Hoboken, but, there's only ONE original...ANYTHING! Great flagship store, cake was delicious.

Any time I'm at the Florida Mall, I always end up here even if I have no plans to. They have all your classic bakery goods, but there are also interesting flavors available, too. I had a gingerbread cupcake today and got a cannoli cake for my birthday and both were excellent. Highly recommended
