Honestly, I was impressed with how quickly the drinks and food were being prepared. No real complaints.
I’m not a regular at any Starbucks, but I was so impressed with how organized this location was. The crowd amounted to a small mob, but the drinks came out so quickly. I walked in, ordered, and left with my custom drink in 6 mins. That has to be a Starbucks record. Rated A plus for efficiency
I always stop here before heading into the parks. The coffee and sandwiches are always fresh. The service is fast. Clean place.
Good coffee, good store, well maintained, fast service even on a crowded time, had no problems at all.
I found this Starbucks to be well staff. The queue moved very quickly. Has both air-conditioned in door seating using tall stools and a wall-shelf style table. Plenty of out-door seating with a tables and shade umbrellas. Worth noting that this is just inside the Universal Adventure Island Park.
Our cashier was Salma and she was not only the sweetiest, she also was the first Starbucks employee on a long long time that had patience while I was figuring out the names of the drinks I wanted to order. Give Salma a raise! She deserves it :)
Great Chai Latte! They were out of the breakfast sandwich i ordered when I went for pick-up, but quick to offer an alternative. Took a bit of extra time to prepare the sandwich, but it was great!
(We were actually at the Starbucks inside the Island of Adventure Park; however, it doesn't show up on Google maps). We got iced chai on a hot day and it was perfect! They also gave us complimentary waters with our other drinks purchases, which was appreciated!
Large and clean Starbucks with very friendly staff. Arturo was at the register and very friendly helpful and animated.
There was no line but I'm sure at times they get packed so be ready. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Food and drinks.

I love stopping at the city walk Starbucks before heading into movie or park. The wait sometimes is long, hence the 4 star. But My favorite is Barista, Arturo. He greets you with a friendly hello and has a positive attitude. My favorite is his dance parties while waiting for guest, keeps the mood fun and light. I can’t see under his mask but I’m sure he is smiling. It brightens my day.
