Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

On November 29 of this year, we celebrated a Retirement Party for one of our friends and coworkers. We were impressed by the professionalism, nice attitude, and organization skills that Joe, our waiter, and the host that organized our table did. Joe made it possible for the dinner to run smoothly, on time, and that the all plates were served at the same time. He made sure we were happy and that all 20 people were assisted. Thank you Joe for making our party so enjoyable and the host for organizing our table.

Visited to celebrate my daughters 11th birthday. We were seated promptly, even though it was a busy Sunday evening on a holiday weekend. Special shout out for our server Brittany, what elevated our experience to another level were her kindness and attentiveness to our table, especially to our birthday girl. Our appetizers, Salad, drinks, and entrees were delicious and brought out on time. Will definitely visit again and request Brittany as our server. She goes above and beyond and is the definition of excellence in customer service.

This location is great! The service is stellar with the food to match. My coworker and I came here for lunch and enjoyed it. I got the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks, and the Tour of Italy which is captured below. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. I will definitely come back when I'm in town.

My family and I (11 of us) went to have dinner on Sunday and we had the pleasure having Jonathan as our waiter. His service was 5 star! He did not miss a beat- our drinks were refilled before we could ask, new bowls of soup were offered before we could finish, he constantly came over to clear the dishes off the table… just perfect! He had a pleasant attitude, joked with us, and even catered to the kids. Thank you Jonathan for amazing service. Thank you Olive Garden for hiring great team members.

Our server, Lexi was so nice and friendly! We had bad experience at Merritt Island location. It made us avoid to go to any Olive Garden’s locations. But her customer service changed our mind! She often came to our table to make our lunch more fun and happier! Also foods were great! We had lunch special pastas. The portions were perfect amount and very happy with unlimited bread and soup 🤤

Having passed this particular branch of Olive Garden pretty much every day during our holiday, we decided to save it for our last night as a treat, and talk about saving the best ‘til last! We were seated immediately and greeted to a very warm welcome by Lexi, our lovely server for the evening. From the moment we sat, we were made to feel so welcome. I opted for the soup and breadsticks as a starter and my girlfriend the salad bowl. Having heard good things about the breadsticks, they were every bit as good as I’d been told, however the soup and salad were equally as exceptional. For mains, I sampled the ‘Tour of Italy’, as I couldn’t make up my mind, whilst my girlfriend went for the cheese stuffed ravioli. Again, both courses were absolutely delicious and very little got left behind. Of the restaurants we visited during our stay in Orlando, this was one of the most memorable for good reason and I would definitely both recommend and visit again!

The food here is nice, we enjoyed it. The only downside was that the female at the front wasn't very welcoming and didn't have an inviting face. There is also a mini tablet type gizmo, which you can order on and has lots of games too, which keeps kids busy (and adults!) The service from our server was nice, and he was attentive. We ordered: •Shrimp Scampi - This was a packed plate and was like a main meal itself, which was delicious. The shrimp tasted amazing. •Shrimp Fritto Misto - Tasted alright for a pasta dish, northing too memorable. House Salad - This was also lovely with fresh, crisp salad We opted for the minestrone soup, which was pretty bland. They also have decent lunch offers too.
