Avoid this place if you don't want to have someone be quick to assume and accuse you of trying to steal. I was unfamiliar with the place. On my first visit after moving here, I was treated very poorly, yelled at, and had the cops called on me for something that could have just been a discussion. I've been trying not to use plastic so I bring in reusable tote bags everywhere. They have nothing in them. It's literally just the same tote bags I use at Publix. The drinks I got were too much to hold so I set them in my re-usable tote (which I use this way everywhere without ever having an issue) while I called my husband and asked which donut he wanted. I was going to pick out a donut and some coffee and the shop owner came over and asked for my bag. I said sure thing and handed it over. He called the cops and said I was shop lifting. I never tried to leave with anything like what? I never even went near the door. I set it in my bag to have my hands free to grab a donut and make coffee... if my husband liked the donuts and coffee he literally would have been a regular customer for this guy but not after this. I told him I just needed my hands free and he yelled at me saying no one would ever simply set their drinks in an empty re-usable bag to have a free hand. That it means I was trying to conceal it and steal. I thought a re-usable bag was fine if it was clear I wasn't trying to leave with anything. I never even knew such a thing as "concealment" existed. I looked it up after and It is in the law that placing something in a bag can be a thing. But literally no one ever told me or ever said anything before, and I have used totes that way for years. I imagine they just watch me and when I don't ever go for the door, then they never say anything I think? Like maybe most people don't assume the worst unless you go near the door, and it's up to their discretion? Because I have never had it be an issue. I was blatantly obvious about using my bag because I didn't know it wasn't allowed. I'm pretty sure a shoplifter would be sneakier instead of doing everything out in the open. All he had to do was just say "hey, we don't like people placing things in bags here, please set anything you can't carry on the counter and we will hold it for you" (since that is how he wants it done). I literally would have happily done so if I just knew that was the rule. Instead he assumed without talking to me or letting me know how he wants things done and jumped straight to calling the police. Like literally just talking to me like a human being instead of assuming the worst and accusing me of things I showed no intent of doing and would never do was all that needed to happen here (to me intent is going near the door and not just trying to have a hand free). Thankfully nothing came of it since I have no record of anything not even traffic tickets so I guess the cops understood that I just didn't know it would be an issue in a gas station. They told me just because Publix allows the bags doesn't mean other places will, and I should check with each place first. (Which I will do in the future.) I'll never go near this place in my life though and have told everyone I know in the area, and my whole family to avoid the place when they visit.

On June 6 at about 8:20am, I went into this 7-Eleven store to get a cup of coffee. After getting my coffee and going to the counter to pay for it, I pulled out about $5.00 in ones. I counted out two one dollar bills and laid on the counter. The cashier, said to me not to put the money on the counter, but to put it in his hand. I said, excuse me, he repeated don't put the money on the counter, put it in his hand. I need to teach you how to pay. He then took the money and proceeded to give me my change by throwing it on the counter. I told him that I would let 7-Eleven officials know about this and he said you do that. I am writing to the regional, district and national if there is such a thing to inform them of their cashiers behavior. I see this is not the first time. My value of 7-Eleven have diminished and I will inform all of my associates of this behavior.

RUDE!!! Paid for my gas and waited for my receipt. Cashier threw receipt at me/on counter instead of handing it to me. I've had cashier's place cash/receipt on counter before instead of hand it to me --which is still rude- but he didn't even do that! Then wanted to give a half tale apology & act nervous when confronted about it by my brother! NEVER spending my family's hard earned cash there again!!

Terrible service by a young kid today. Wasn’t able to talk to the manager, and was told it was ok for the kid to be rude because he was training. Then the guy lectured me on how their job was extremely hard. Worst service ever!!!
