Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

My husband and I decided to stop by Perkins and grab something to eat after a doctors appt, we hadn't been in some years so we decided why not. The food was great but even more so was our waitress! We had Wendy, she has been working for Perkins for 46 years. Yes I said 46 and let me tell you what an AMAZING waitress! So sweet and friendly and very very attentive we literally did not have to ask for a single thing she was just on top of it all. Wonderful waitress!

Asked for a chocolate MALT milkshake, got just a chocolate milkshake 😭 was supposed to be the highlight of the holiday, maybe next round Edit: same Orlando restaurant, ordered same Chocolate MALT milkshake which is still listed both on-line and on the printed menu. The very nice gent serving us advised they haven't had the malt powder for a long time. So adjusting rating solely on the honesty of this when placing the order and explains why the one closer to Hernando county doesn't list it as may have been removed. My recommendation to the company is make a proactive effort to keep all your restaurants on the same page if you aren't going to feature an item on your menu any longer. This was a let though as we had been looking forward to it after travelling from the UK to have one again. And heading home soon. Otherwise great food and service. But 4 put of 5 over all for not keeping your menus in sync with actual offers

My boyfriend and I LOVE this place so much, we have to visit every time we’re in town. This time around we got Wendy as our waiter and she was such a sweet baby. Her service and kindness deserves everything. I wish every server were like Wendy. Also the food 10/10 as always. Great service and food, forever coming back and hope to get Wendy every time.

Amazing, the customer service was better than any place I have ever been. I walked so much on vacation. I had a blister, and I noticed it while there and asked the cashier if they had a band-aid. She looked, and they didn't but came back with one out of her own purse. It was so nice. The food was great also. Loved this place .

I haven't had Perkins is SUCH a long time, so I was excited to visit them again. The food was all on point, you'd think people couldn't screw up breakfast; but they can - thankfully... this spot was perfect! All the dishes were delicious and the waitress was a sweetheart. Location is a little old; but it adds to the ambiance! Pricing is fair. Well worth the visit.

I was vacationing in Orlando for a week and we decided to stop here and grab breakfast before making the drive back to Houston, all I’ve got to say was that it was worth it, the prices were cheap and the food did not disappoint. Everything was very delicious, our waitress was very friendly. When we come back to town we’ll definitely be coming here for breakfast.

The atmosphere is dated but it is inviting. Every time we come here the food is amazing. Today, I decided to get the corned beef hash breakfast. It was very tasty. The only thing I would've done differently was crisp the corned beef hash more. Other than that, it was very good. I can't wait until my next trip to Orlando to come back for more quality cooking.
